Per the kids request, we came to this location for a bite to eat after a movie at Cinemark in Tinseltown. As Ive come to expect from every Chik-fil-A, the staff was very friendly, going above and beyond to provide a good experience. My parents were visiting from out-of-town and to my surprise, this was their first time at any Chik-fil-A. Since they werent familiar with the menu, the team at this location was very patient and helpful as my parents tried to decide what to order. This location also has an indoor play park and my girls enjoyed it while waiting for our order.

I usually have good service hear but the last two times I came they ran out of items. The first time it was lemonade. Which I didnt 4th ink to much of it because it was close to closing time for them. But the second time I asked for a a spicy chicken sandwich and was told they were out of spicy chicken, so then I asked for chicken stripes again I was told they were out. I ended up ordering items that I didnt really want, and eventually just left the line for which I feel bad. Hope this isnt a constant issue really like this location.

I had placed a fairly large breakfast order for pickup the week before it was needed. When I arrived to pick up, the manager at the counter told me there were no orders and that I probably have the wrong Chick-fil-A. They had already charged my card so I had an employee that works behind the counter go check who finally "found my order in the wrong pile". Only after that they made my order which took 20 mins and made me late to work. Never got an apology from the manager.

I go there a few time a week, mostly for breakfast (Spicy Chicken biscuit and unsweetened tea.YUMMY!). The staff amazes me with their upbeat attitude, friendliness, smiles and just out and out pleasantness! My dog loves going thru the drive thru with me because he always gets a bone! It is a real treat to go somewhere that people actually seem to enjoy their jobs. Thanks for the great start to what can be a truly hectic day. You guys (and GALS!) are AWESOME!

This is the worst Chic-fil-a I have ever been to, the store is lead by arrogant, disrespectfull unaccountable management which is clearly reflected in the attitudes of the workers. Save yourself the trouble of being exposed to this unacceptable behavior and try the other locations nearby, you will instantly experience what Chic-fil-a is suppose to be. Will never go to this awful location again.

Most of the time they are fairly good. However tonight was awful. Chicken was Luke warm, they didnt provide my spouse with her Frys, then I opened my number 2. Spicy deluxe sandwich and there was no cheese.. okay I brought it back to them and they returned it with a piece of cold cheese in a container. The service was horrendous tonight. Sorry guys, was extremely bad tonight.

I personally love Chick Fil A but this location is the worst one Ive ever been to. Mediocre attitudes. Cold food. Second time in a row that drive thru got my order wrong, if its correct on the receipt how is it repeatedly made incorrectly? Maybe everyone who works there is new because if I have to sit in the drive thru for 20 minutes, the order should at least be right.

They lied to me.. They said wait 3 minutes for my food no it ended up being 9 minutes half of my dinner was stone cold and one was hot. Even after i told the manager can i please get the rest of the food later so ill be hot. But no they just gave me the cold food in another bag. Rude im calling corporate.

Yall wonder why people destroying your damn restaurant.... this is the type of service you get from this location. They pre make all their sandwhichs and let them sit under a heat lamp, you ask for fresh (which I shouldnt have too) and this is the result. Maybe I need to go destroy a restaurant too.

I have not been to a McDonalds in at least 7 years because I hate McDonalds. I would rather go back to a McDonalds then come to this Chick-fal-A. It was absolutely awful. $9 for a chicken wrap with one piece of chicken the size of my finger nail. This place sucks

I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwhich to which the cook forgot to put cheese on, instead of remaking the sandwhich or at least putting the cheese in the sandwhich the employer gave me a slice of cheese. Which I had to put on my own sandwhich.

Waited in line for 20 minutes to get breakfast to finally get to the register at 10:29 and tell me they couldnt serve me breakfast anymore and the breakfast menu was still up. Rude customer service, glad I wasted 20 minutes of my day.

A lot of CFAs exist near me, this one is farther from the others. I go to this one for a reason; its faster, has more consistent food, and a lot less crowded if you eat in.
