One bad experience after another! Picked up a pizza one night and when i got home found out it was the wrong pizza. Called them up and they would make another but I would have to drive back out there to get it as they wouldnt bring it to me even though they screwed up! I asked for a credit on my next purchase instead and they agreed. Called up last night and ordered a pizza. The girl CONFIRMED my credit from the previous screw up and told me this one would be free. When picking up the pizza the manager said we dont give credits and i would have to pay for it. I argued that his employee confirmed it on the phone! He said "oh well" you still have to pay. He even seemed to enjoy irritating his customer as he giggled with one of the employees as i was leaving. I haved used this place only for convenience in the past as the food is mediocre at best. But last night was the last time! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

We ordered the 18 inch works Pizza, no onions, add ham, NY style. It had a tasty thin crust, good toppings, and overall a good taste. We also had 12 hot wings that were thick with meat on them. Although even the hottest sauce is usually never hot enough for me. But the flavor was good and they were cooked correctly. They have daily specials, offer delivery, and eat in table service. The place was clean and looked nice inside. Ill eat here again.

The one and only time I have or will do business there was a few yrs ago. The owner treated the nice young lady like she was useless. That works there. I told her to ignore his ignorance right in front of him. I couldve reported him for brutality right there. He definitely calmed down once I let the nice girl that I could take her away from abuse right then. And, I reminded him of how to run a successful business. Unbelievable!!

terrible!!! wings were not cut apart, soggy and tasteless. when called they said" we got a bad batch and will have the usual ones next week", spoke to a manager and he said he could "try to dig out some of the old ones" (not an appetizing response) would not give a refund or offer a credit for later use. terrible customer service, and food!

I love westshore pizza, but unfortunately wont be going back to this one. They dropped a pizza paddle on the floor. A male worker put it back on top of the oven without cleaning it. A girl then used it to check on my pizza. I called them on it and they offered to make me another one. I got a refund instead and went to Papa Johns.

I called after an hour of waiting for my pizza. Turns out my order was cancelled because they ran out of sriracha. I asked why I wasnt informed of this update "Uh..I dont know..". Still waiting on my refund.

Did not cook pizza to order and forgot dipping sauce for wings. When they delivered the replacement pizza they forgot the wing sauce again! Will take my business elsewhere next time.

"Westshore, pizza and cheesesteaks" The pizza was meh, and the cheese steak was terrible. The order wasnt even correct. They seemed mad that they even had to talk to me on the phone.
