If you happen to get a waitress named Tabitha, RUN... I understand everyone has a bad day, but REALLY?!?!?! We frequent this establishment as my hubby likes their pizza and I like their Greek salads. Service is spotty, but tonight was AWFUL. We had been driving home and it was getting late and we decided to stop into Pizza Villa for dinner, both my hubby and I were STARVED and we were quickly seated and left there to rot. Tabitha breezed to tell us shed be "right back".... When we did see her again, we ordered drinks, an appetizer and the meal. Drinks were delivered, no appetizer..... no appetizer .... no appetizer.... the pizza came out, and my gyro sandwich with no bread came out(at least they got that right) without the small Geek salad and no potato chips as is accustomed with the sandwiches. The poor food runner caught my ire and sent over the manager who literally looked at me like I was completely insane for wanting what I actually ordered and I dunno an appetizer to arrive BEFORE the meal. NOTHING was offered. No sorry can I buy you dessert, or let me take half the price of the salad off, NOTHING just a look like I was insane. Tabitha let us run out of soda, my husband had to reminder her as his cup sat empty at the edge of the table that yes he actual like a refill. She did apologize for writing down the appetizer but never putting the order in and asked if wed like it put in and boxed up to take home AS SHE CLEARING THE TABLE. Yeah, thats what I want to do after I am done eating is wait for you to put in the appetizer so I can sit and wait for it to be done.... In this economy, I WILL make the short drive to ABC Pizza on US 41N and see if there truly is a reason their parking lot is always full while I cant say the same for Pizza Villa.....

CATERING REVIEW ONLY. Oh Pizza Villa.. my family has been consistent patrons since you opened. However never catered from you until yesterday and it was a fail. Called in the order on Thursday for pick up on Sunday. I asked for it to be ready by 11 am. The individual on the phone said that should be possible and I asked that if it was going to be any later to please call me since our event started at 1pm. Then on Saturday we decided to eat dinner there to celebrate a birthday as well as to confirm the catering order to be picked up the next day. Our waitress confirmed the order and time. On Sunday, (thankfully) my dad (guest of honor for the event) didnt leave to pick up the order until 12:20 and on the way called to confirm it was ready.... and was told it was cooking. What?!?!?! When he arrived, he then had to wait another 20 minutes for it to finish. So.. he was late to his own event with 35 plus people there to see him. Pizza Villa told my dad it never made it into the system (even though we personally came in the night before to confirm it). What made it even more disappointing was the lack of concern shown by the pseudo manager in charge. My dad actually asked for an apology since during that whole time one was never given. Here is the thing... you often get one shot at providing a service and we gave you that shot for a very very important event. And we wont use you again. Overall though the food was very good and enjoyed by our guests. I am just so thankful that we only catered a small portion of the event otherwise I fear none of the food would have been made. Ps.. we will of course continue to come for lunch/dinner. Good local establishment with good food.

I dined here last night. My experience was ok. The greek salad was very good. And the pizza tasted great. However, my lasagna special I got was not up to par. It did not taste very good. And half of the pasta was not cooked all the way through. It took an extremely long time to get our food. Im not an impatient person and I dont mind waiting for food so my apps settle. But this took quite a while. People who ordered after us received their food before we did and they ordered the same thing. The server was also not very good. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say she wasnt having a great night or maybe her tables were running her. All in all, im not sure if I will be back or not.

Gone downhill. Hamburger rolls for garlic bread, paper plates under the real plates - tacky, waitress didnt bother to tell us that the beer was Happy Hour - just because someone ordered ONE doesnt mean you should not offer the Happy Hour, why cheat the customer knowingly? We met family at half way point and we had all been there before with positive results - not this time. Long time before I will return. There are way too many quality places to eat. Gave 2 stars because the food was somewhat tasty.

We went there this past Tuesday. The table behind us sat down after we were already seated. They ordered, got their food, ate it, paid and left before we even got our food. When we complained at the front counter, they rushed our food to us half cooked and inedible. No explanation or apology - ever. No one ever came back to our table to check on us after we were served. This is the worst service and food I have experienced in a restaurant in years.

I have never got a bad meal from Pizza Villa, Cheryl has worked so hard over the past 25 or more years to make this place the way it is. BEST, and for those of you that say other wise...ya must of had a cold. The food is DELICIOUS. P.S. I dont post bad post, I call and talk to the owner and let them know why I am disappointed, so they can fix what ever problem. I just think that way. The food is good but the servuce was horrible. Our waiter definitely ignored us and paid more attention to the empty tables and rolling silverware more than sercing a tabke tgats going to tip him/or not tip him. I told the manager and she just said sorry like she didnt care. May it was because we were the only non-white family in there. Thats gow we left feeling anyway. We wont be back.

Nice pizza place. Friendly staff and good eats. I enjoyed their cheese fries with pizza cheese all over them. Also, their chicken sub was yummy and filling. Pizza deal on Saturday is hard to beat. Dont show up right when they open though. They opened a few minutes late, and it took us 15 minutes to get water served. Other than that, everything was great. Will definitely go back.

Food is good. I have been ordering my favorite Mediterranean Pizza and salad for 10 years. Lately, it has lost some of its flavor, they have gotten skimpy wirlth the gyro meat on the pizza and very large tomato slices. Also Service is a bit slow, why I dont know?, because there werent a huge crowd at 8 pm. Still fair price and easy in and out. Will continue to be a patron.
