I will admit that I should have contacted the store in regards to my problem, but I was so upset I didnt know what to say. Weve had small problems in the past, but we like their pizza and they deliver so it kept us going back. My husband got stuck in a meeting and I ended up having to feed my 8 month and I at the last minute. I ordered a pizza and a kids spaghetti and sausage. We eat vegan at home, and I hadnt had sausage in a while, so when I tasted it and was immediately disgusted I assumed it was a change in taste buds. So I gave my daughter the spaghetti (we dont feed her meat yet). A couple of hours later my husband comes home and I tell him about the sausage. He takes one bite, says its bad and spits it out. I tried it again, and couldnt believe I missed the spoiled taste. I felt terrible. It could have seriously hurt my daughter, especially at such a young age, and Im angry she ate food cooked with bad meat. This was the last time for us. I hope they figure out whats going on, because we have had good experiences there and Id hate to see them ruin a good thing. :(

I stood in line behind two people who sat at the desk to look at the menu before ordering. Instead of asking them to move to the side to decide what they wanted, staff let them sit there at the desk and look over the menu. After finally being helped, I just wanted to pick up 2 slices of pizza. They said they didnt have any slices and it would be a half hour wait to make a "slice pie". I have never heard of a pizza place who did not have slices of pizza available for walk ins. The last time I ordered from them and had it delivered, they forgot part of my order and had to refund me. Seems to be going done hill which is sad because I used to really enjoyed this place.

Last night I went to Uptown Pizza being a New Yorker. We ordered meatballs and spaghetti as well as chicken parmigiano lasagna and eggplant parmigiano dinners. We also ordered 2 slices of pizza. My experience here with this food was so horrible. We ended up throwing it all out. The sauce was old and nasty and tasted like it had cleaning fluid in it. The meatballs had pieces of bone in it and the chicken parmigiano was not cooked properly. We felt very sick after we ate this food . Our stomachs are trying to recoup from this bad experience.. Im requesting full refund of money from my credit card company. My dogs would not even eat it. Terrible!!!

If this is real NY pizza then anyone that has never tried NY pizza isnt missing out. Its not horrible or anything and the prices are actually better than Pizza Fresco thats closer to my house, but the amount of cheese was minimal and the sauce was pretty bland. Im going to give this place another shot and see if it was just one "eh" experience or not. Also the other reviewers REEK of being planted to up the reviews of this place. No other reviews, not a lot of details, and both 5 stars. Just saying.

Best pizza in the area!! I started going weekly, and count down the days till pizza night. Their pizza crust is amazing, sauce tastes fresh, and the toppings are always great quality. Ive also ordered salads, which are always fresh! And their wings are awesome! Theres usually a bit of a wait time, but its no big deal, and they usually have movies on, so the time passes pretty quickly. All of the staff have been very friendly towards me every visit. Highly recommend.

Wish there was a lower rate but there isnt. But tonight we decided to try something new and we got a flyer on the mail so we decided to try it.. Worst mistake.. Ordered a turkey sandwich and the meat was old.. I have UC and little things bother my stomach but didnt think ordering a turkey sandwich would be so bad.. I work in the fast food industry and yall need to check the dates on your products..

THE BEST PIZZA IN THE TAMPA BAY AREA!!!! Weve lived down here for 5 years now and we made it our job to find the BEST pizza in the area and thus far after trying hundreds of different places this is THE BEST NY STYLE pizza!!!! To get the best of the best from this place you have to order Friday/Saturday evenings (after 7pm). Im not for sure why but the pizza on weeknights just isnt as good.

What a waste of time! I called and it literally rang for 3 minutes with no answer. I called back, thought maybe I had wrong number, after 20 rings a guy picks up and asks me to hold, I hold for 4 minutes, and they hung up on me. I would rate their pizza, but they apparently dont want you to purchase it, I can only assume it must be really bad, like their service!!

I only found this place several days ago, but I have ordered there 4 times already. Pizza is the closest to New York Pizza down here I have found (from up north). The garlic knots are great as well as their subs. The bread is shipped from Philly and is fresh. The owner is a really nice guy as well as his staff. Great customer service

If I could give a lower rating I would. Over priced, terrible tasting pizza! We stopped going for about a year and thought we would give them another chance. They have gotten worse!!!!! When I called, all they said was "we are sorry". So am I!!! I will have to go back to finding a new place for pizza!

Uptown Pizza and Subs is hands down the BEST AROUND !! Been going there for years and the food is GREAT , SERVICE is TOP NOTCH , PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY . I get a XL extra cheese and sausage every friday to start my weekends !! SEARCH NO MORE AND COME RIGHT IN... YOU WILL THANK YOURSELF FOR DOING SO !!

We moved to the area a few months ago and have been trying the various pizza places without finding one we really liked. That changed when we tried Uptown t. We have had it a couple of times and the pizza is delicious each time. Looks like this will be our go to place from here on out.

I have never wrote a review and I have enjoyed this place in the past, but today not only was my calzone an hour late (which is unacceptable no matter how busy you got when I ordered) to top it off it was over cooked and burned on the bottom. They just lost a loyal customer

Have enjoyed it every time we have ordered! I have ordered their pizza at least 10+ times and have not been disappointed yet! When I am looking for a good thin crust pizza, these guys have always been great! Love the dine in 2 slices & soda lunch special too!

Well most of our large dinner order was okay, but we requested wings fried extra crispy and when I call the manager Thomas he told me that he did the best he could and thats the way it is! Well Thomas, you are as lame and soft as the skin on my wings!
