love the food, and the owners customer service! but the delivery driver never brings change so she can pocket the money, and she also reads your order back over the phone and when she gets to your house, gives you the same price and says you never ordered what you did. even after she read it back herself. every time this delivery driver is involved there is a screw up, and she rips you off. the owner seriously needs to watch what shes doing because she id obviously stealing from her and her customers. we eat here all the time, and order delivery all the time, and although we love the food, we will not be giving our business here again, and neither will any of our friends that are also experiencing the same issues.

This is my favorite pizza place. I am from the New York/New Jersey area and this pizza is comparable to what I had up north. The owners are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. For instance, one time I called to place an order not realizing that they had been closed for 20 minutes, but they were nice enough to take my order, turn their oven back on, and make me a pizza in less than ten minutes. This is great service!! I highly recommend that you try this place.

This place makes the best calzones in Tampa and I mean that literally. Ive done the research (because I moved across town so I was desperately trying to find a closer place that could make a good calzone - nope, no other pizzeria measures up). So if I am ever on that side of town, I always make a detour to visit my favorite pizza joint. Also, I love how personalized the experience is. The chef and other staff are always super friendly and make a point to remember your name.

First time customer, I ate a cheese pizza and it was soo delicious! The lady making the pizza is amazing and a very great hostess. $5 pizza and drink special totally rocks! I found this restaurant while riding my bike and I am very pleased to have discovered it, I will be recommending New York Times Square Pizzeria to my friends. Thank You for an excellent experience!

Our dog had a blood disease, so we have had to go to the veterinary in the same shopping complex. Other than her major recovery, the pizza from this place is incredible! We live in south Tampa and as she is doing a million times better, the pizza is something I look forward to every month! If you want a solid slice, this is the spot bar none!

This is my new favorite pizza place ! The lady who owns the shop is so incredibly friendly every time I go. Her pizza is amazing but most off all her customer service is impeccable. She has gained a new customer for life! I go here at least once a week if not more.

This is my favorite pizza in Tampa, very authentic and good, you can tell the owner is serious about her trade. The inside is a little cramped and lacking ambiance bit their pizza more than makes up for it. Expect at least a half hour wait if you order a whole pie.

Waited OVER 2 hrs for this pizza never going to order here again and I wouldnt suggest anyone else to. The manager made it seem that it was my fault for not standing outside to wave down the delivery driver horrible experience
