I love Zazas (or used to love Zazas).   I would get the BOGO dinner meals on Tuesday from the Curry Ford location and wish I had gotten 2 BOGOs.  However recently Zazas quality has gone down.  This was my first time at this location and will probably be my last.  The location is good, the staff was nice, but the food was no bueno.  I got the mojo chicken and it was flavorless.  The congri (black beans and rice) was a strange flavor that had an overwhelming olive taste.  My wife got the vaca frita and it was better but still not that good.  Overall not a satisfying meal, maybe it was a bad day or that location, but I dont expect to go again anytime soon.

I like to take my family here for cuban breakfast sandwiches. The portions are big so we usually get a few sandwiches to share, along with some of the most amazing oatmeal Ive ever had in my life. Im not big on pastries, but my kids love the quesitos. Now lets talk coffee. This place takes their cuban coffee very seriously. The cafe con leche is absolutely delicious. I spoke with the owner and he told me they roast their coffee locally, which means the beans, and the resulting brew are probably some of the freshest you get served in Orlando. I wish more restaurants took their coffee this seriously.

Just went to Zaza for the first time. The food is decent, but not great. The portion size was a little small compared to other Latin restaurants that I have been to. The flavors where pretty good, but the white rice was a little over cooked. I feel both Black Bean Deli, and Cafe Pinar have better flavor, and Cafe Pinar most defiantly gives you a bigger bang for your buck with larger portions, better flavors and more affordable pricing. If the price was a little less I could see giving it 4 stars, but with the plate combinations being close to $11 a plate, its just not worth the price.

We went to Zazas for dinner this evening. We all ordered the Cubano. It was one of the best Cubanos Ive had. I love that it wad a nice portion but also that it wasnt greasy. I now live in South Carolina and I really miss the quesitos so, we also took home some quesitos. I love getting these quesitos from Zazas anytime that Im in town. Overall, we love the atmosphere at Zazas. It is quaint and the staff is super friendly. We highly recommend this little diner.

We love this location as it is normally a place we frequently visit. Unfortunately that has changed because of tonight. We ordered two pescado entrees to go. The employees show the food to make sure that everything is fine, which we were pleased at that moment, but once we got home the bottom of the fish that we couldnt see was dry, overcooked and unpleasant. One of the orders had tostones as well, which were not crispy or crunchy whatsoever.

If you like cafe con leche (espresso and steamed milk, Cuban latte), then you must go to Zazas and get some. They have quesitos (cheese danish) that are out of control good. The actual food is very delicious as well. Its a great Cuban restaurant and worth checking out. This particular location is not our original, but is actually even more spacious and friendly. I highly recommend it. Fin.

This is such a wonderful place. Ive picked up their questitios over and over again for pot lucks or brunches they are the best. The use real and fresh ingredients. The service is perfection and their black beans are the best. This place and their other locations save us from feeling like needing to go to Miami for authentic Cuban food. Their coffee/lattes are stellar!!!!

This place has ok food at an affordable price. The wait for your food can get crazy long. They fill up quickly and seating gets limited. Ive had a few of their sandwiches and I wasnt as impressed as others seem to be. The meat was tough and not a lot was given. Had the Guava con queso, needs more filling, it was like they just put a spread on it and baked it.

Great food, authentic cuban flavor. Big portions on meat and other sides but itty bitty side of rice. Usually rice is the side they give you the most at any other place but here is a really small portion, if you add the side of beans you will end up with a soup with so little rice. Except for that great food really good flavor and good prices.

Love, love this place. I have been to the one in Altamonte a few times but now hear your coming to Lake Mary... Yyaaee is about time we get some authentic Cuban food, cafesitos n pastries in this suburb of Orlando. Cant wait, not good for my figure, because i will be there everyday, but you only live once so i enjoy my food.

My daughter and I love going here. They treat us like family. One day it was one of the managers birthday and they shared a piece of birthday cake with my daughter. I personally like the "Vaca Frita," but my kids love the empanadas, the guava pastries, and the quesitos. They get to practice a little Spanish. Gracias.

The food is OK. I felt like they were tryng to kick me out of the restaurant. Every 3 - 5 minutes came to my table to ask if we had already finished and if they could remove some dish. That pissed me off. I was like...Really, seriously...!!?? Little bit expensive for rice and beans and a fast food restaurant.

Zaza has the best food, fastest and most friendly service. They often stay an hour later than their posted time and service is always good and the food amazing. From what Ive read here it sounds like they disappoint people by being too attentive or opening on a day when work was bound to be difficult.

Based on a friends recommendation, I checked out their 434 location. Other than a bit of an abrupt cashier, this review would have merited 5 stars. The food and atmosphere were great. I purchased food to go. I got the Cubano with a side of tostones. Food was delicious and was all great.

We love this place, the food is so great. Tonight I made an online order which was ready very quick. However, I made a mistake when ordering and they accommodated my wrong order and sent me on my way with what I thought I ordered. Needless to say the customer service is excellent!

the food is nasty!! not fresh neither hot. I order a chicken sandwich and it was there was more onions than chicken. no flavor!! the side of potatoes that came with it it was discusting, they looked like there were from 2 days ago. for the price you pay, you expect better food.
