Im probably biased since I live so close and its such a convenient place for me to get food. I get their ready to go meals all the time. They have a nice variety to pick from and its always decently priced and tastes pretty good. On top of that they have a full liquor license and plenty of other great food choices. Cant go wrong shopping here. I even bought a headset for my computer for $15 bucks and it works very good for that price.

Always shop here because of the products and the prices arent more expensive than the other choices here in town. Its all perception of the brands you select. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. However, the main store manager isnt really a people person. See Jeff, he will take care of you and make things right if you need help

I love Giant Eagle but Im used to the really nice ones in the Dublin area. This store needs a remodel in the worst way. Its laid out really oddly and it has a funky smell which is a real turnoff. Its serviceable but not really a nice shopping experience.

Always appreciate the willingness of the employees to help, especially to find something. At times when doing self check out, the attendant, has my groceries bagged before I have my payment finished. Service with a smile. :-)

Hard to find staff on floor if you have a question, you gotta walk all the way up front to find someone. Pharmacy was rude to us years ago so I will never go there again & seldomly go into the store.

Their layout was terrible , I was visiting and that was a poor experience for my trip to Ohio. The customer service and company policies are not up to par with what I am used to in my area.

Everytime I visit the ticket master, not one employee knows how to work it. This will be m6 3rd visit in a month. IF YOU OFFER TICKET MASTER TEACH THE EMPLOYEES HOW TO USE IT.
