Our work place ordered food today for delivery. Every single order was messed up. We were totally missing one whole meal, not a single person was given a baguette, the sandwiches were sloppy and falling apart. The chicken noodle soup was literally just broth, not a single noodle, carrot or piece of chicken. The avocado blt with no tomato came WITH tomato and no avocado. When we called to see about getting it fixed the panera employee was not even a hint apologetic. We were refused a refund and were only offer a store credit. Obviously this would not work considering multiple separate people ordered under one account as we ordered. This is not something we plan to repeat. **added** The deliver person did bring the corrected soups and a baguette as well as cookies and 50% off our next order coupons. This is the only redeeming thing and why the rating is now a two.

I had lunch delivered here for my business only because of all the rave about how good their food was and I was so disappointed!! The cold sandwiches had to been made the night before cuz the bread was soggy!! How does a FRESH sandwich come with soggy bread. Never again will I suggest this place. One star for fast delivery!

Small Mac n cheese = $7.58 Charged me $1.25 for cream cheese with a bagel and forgot it. On my way out she acted like I didnt need a receipt, just put it in the bag. Good thing I had her give me it because now I have to go back for my cream cheese, and paying $2.50 to get one cream cheese would have me "falling down."

Great place for lunch, especially if youre a fan of lighter food. Their broccoli cheese soup and bacon turkey bravo is great. Pricing is decent for lunch, not too high, not too low. Lunch hour can be pretty busy.

Panera is good but a bit overpriced for amount of food. This location has a weird two section ordering laying. One direction is for bagels and drinks, the other is for food. A bit confusing at first.

Me and my daughters favorite place to go for a! Love that you can get fresh food everytime you go! And we always end up taking a quart of soup to go as well. Bakery is always delicious
