I was sent to this place from Martins BBQ in search of soup. They did not have any, but I hit gold. WOW. The Colombians sure do know how to bake. Walking in to this busy little cafe one would imagine no one would acknowledge your mundane presence. Not at all, the busy attendants made eye contact and nodded. Great points for customer service. There are rows and rows of delicious sugar goodness all encased in the cleanest most glistening showcase. Whole cakes wrapped in layers of sugar with cute little roses and colorful add-on beckons. Whole sheets of layered yummilicousness wave you over. The little mini individual pieces of heaven winks and whispers, take me home. Oh la la, what to choose. Sugar heaven! Luckily, the attendant was nice enough to guide, answer questions, and point out favorites. This is how language and cultural barriers are bridged. It takes someone with passion and eagerness to showcase their unique product to make an ethnic business successful. All pieces that I sampled were spot on in texture and taste. This is definitely one top notch operation. Great assortment of baked products and great customer service.

Me encanta! De todos los sitios que he ido en Kissimmee y Orlando para mí tienen el mejor pan de bono. Un rico café lo preparan como me gusta! Y además las empanadas y el cochinito frito. Uff divino! People this place is awesome! You should come here and try Pan de bono. Colombian flavors here makes me doubt if Im Venezuelan or colombian lol. ♡ keep it up! Un consejo, personalicen todo, con su nombre. Son muy famosos y mucha gente los recomienda pero necesitan tener al menos los vasos to go con su nombre sería genial !!

For someone that shops here very often, I know about bad and great service... I guy skips the line makes an order directly at the checkout. Then he waits on his item which happens to be the same item I want... the last 2 items are given to him... The "Gentleman" is about 5 others behind me. Im next... Now the lady asks me what would I like? Guess what... theyre out of it. Because the "Gentleman" purchase the last 2...... I tell the lady, that is sad that Ive been waiting in line about 15 min and travel from so far for something that my kids are craving for. I normally dont complain and Im very attentive to give really good feedback as far as good customer service. The food is great and so is the people. However, they lack on fairness towards their customers.

I bought 3 slices of cake there because they looked delicious but the taste was rather disappointing. The slices tasted soggy and it was rather difficult to consume. Even a bottle of water could not rid me of the disturbing aftertaste. I had also bought a cake there and although it tasted better than the slices, the filling had tasted spoiled. I had been deceived by the appearance of the cakes which led to being disappointed by the taste. I would not buy a cake here again.

Nice bread bad service. Panes ricos, pésimo servicio. Son muchas personas en el servicio al cliente pero aún así se forma fila y la atension es lenta toca repetir y aún así se equivocan... da desespero ver cómo atienden.

If you are familiar with the term "the roaring 20s" thats what its like to enter this buzzing bakery in Hunters Creek. Its a Colombian bakery but the pleasantly displayed bakery items will entice anyone that makes the right choice to visit. Is there often a wait? Yes. Is it worth it? You betcha. One unique feature is their expansion right next door to accommodate more production but the quality does not lack anything.

Es una panadería colombiana, venden gran variedad de postres. Pero para mi, la especialidad es el pan de extra queso, una delicia. El lugar es agradable y te puedes sentar a disfrutar un buen café.

Fortuna bakery is one of the best Colombian bakeries I have visited in a long time. The food is amazing, pandebonos, arepas de choclo and extra cheese bread are my favorites. When you come for the first time and you see people from different parts of the world waiting in line just to place an order that tells you a lot about their food and service. Good job Fortuna Bakery..."QUE VIVA COLOMBIA!!!"

Delicious bakery! I went for the first time on a Sunday and it was packed, but the line moved very fast! Their Ham & Cheese croissants were my favorite. Pandebono was phenomenal as well. Great food and great Staff! Manager was also very polite as I saw him cleanup some broken glass and juice someone had just spilled. I just wish I lived closer!

I used to go there quite frequently, people used to be nice and prices were reasonable. Now the "Management" is rude, when asked for a cup to share a coffee with my Mother, I was told they could not do that.... I had spend $35 dollars in Colombian Antojitos, and they could not give me a cup with lid. Bad customer service and over priced food.

This bakery is really nice. I went for breakfast. Mostly, spanish people are there, and I dont know spanish. The staff patiently explained to me about their dishes. The taste is really great. I really felt welcome to this. The pastries are not overly sweet as we generally get in other bakeries and their flavors are very good.

Make sure you check they charge you the right price for what you order. Last time i paid with the credit card and on the way home I realized they over charged me like $8 more. Cuidado que te pueden cobrar mas de lo que tienes que pagar and please check expiration date on products as a lot of them are already EXPIRATED!!!
