I enjoyed a delicious classic salmon/lox bagel sandwich. It came with my choice of creamcheese (honey almond) and bagel (honey wheat). They are happy to let you take your time and mull over the plentiful menu options (I am a first timer here but i did not express it) without rushing you, answered my minimal inquires politely, and let me know that my choice came with 3 sides (a fruit salad, potato salad or a bag of chips) and the meal itself was very neatly packaged after being made perfectly to order. The team works very well together and this synergy flows well throughout the store, infecting the patrons who came and left during my time here with the same camaraderie. The utility person made sure the lobby was neat and taken care of, while being the most jovial of them all. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wishes to give Einstein Bros Bagels a try, and will be returning myself!

Went during a slower time of the day and it still felt rushed and chaotic. Most of the ingredients of the sandwich I wanted were unavailable and they were almost out of all kinds of bagel choices. So I settled with another choice and when I received them they were not prepared correctly at all. The man behind the counter was aggressive and shouted across the store to ask questions about my bagel. I get that its busy because its by the metro, but I feel that should be more of a reason to have awesome staff and a plethora of ingredients to last all day.

The place is in disarray. We went in Sunday at noon and the women working there shouted at us to see if we wanted anything, but would immediately turn their attention away. We ordered coffee, but the woman at the register wouldnt hand us any cups, so we just took them. Every table was dirty even though only two other people were currently eating and nobody was ordering before us. The coffee station was equally messy. Poor service, poor quality, not going back.

Nice place to have breakfast. Crews are fast and helpful. Theres a lady who was pissed because of the empty cream container but the cashier filled it up with a smile. I tried the ham and swiss. Ham was a bit salty for me but its a personal preference. The bagel was good. The place is a bit small. Early in the morning during the rush hours its hard to find a seat. They have varieties of bagels.

The store is ok. The food is fresh and good however when going in for a beagle and coffee today I noticed that the tables were dirty and the trash at the condiment bar needed to be taken out, additionally the counter there should have been wiped down as well. I sat for about 15 minutes with no cleaning being done, improvement in this area can be done.

Agree with the earlier post. Bagels were fine, but the military-style cashier was impatient and rude. You better have no questions while ordering. We were with kids, and obviously there were some questions. That didnt go well with the cashier. Maybe a good place with a different shift :)

Not that great. Store cashier is too military-like to be working as cashier. Put her in the back. Slow service at rush hour for just a bagel and CC. Too small venue.. Unlike Panera, you have to get yourself a napkin and knife. No more work for them! Thats their motto!

Bagels came out burnt. Youd think theyd notice when they put the shmear on but that would assume they care. Edit if I could leave a zero star review I would, this location will sell you gift cards then no honor them.

Zero F$&@s given by the people that work there. My sandwich almost got glass in it from a light that fell, the potato salad portion was not worth the extra dollar, and the place was super messy and unkept.

Known for cross contamination. Plain bagels tastes like onions sometimes. other times plains bagels taste like garlic.... Using same knife cross contaminating everything

They sell bagels that are sometimes passable but most of the time they just sell bricks that will make you sick. Not a great place for bagels.
