I ordered food and got my drink, expecting to wait awhile. No sooner had I turned around with my newly-filled cup of Hawaiian Punch than my order was bagged up and waiting for me on the counter! What fast service! How unexpected! I noticed all new management and staff behind the counter, so I guess its good to shake things up a bit from time to time. The chicken itself was tender, juicy and delicious! I always come to Main St. in Norristown for a heapin helpin of Popeyes fried chicken. I need this stuff! I might never go back to that no-name place down the street. I mean, literally, it has no name! The sign out front of it, well, lets not worry about it. I just love Popeyes chicken!!

The food here is pretty good, but the service is lacking. It took too long to get to the cashier (who was also the manager). She was not friendly, barking out "next," instead of something like, "may I help you?" and seemed distracted when taking my order. When I got home and opened it up, I found one of the side dishes was wrong. The correct items were on the receipt, so it was keyed in right, but the person putting the order together grabbed the wrong things.

If I could give no stars I would... Ghetto unprofessional unhappy ignorant staff.... Food despicable... Wings tiny dry... Oh gosh the Cajon Tice the meat was old dry... High prices for crappy food... The store got a face lift but they should of changed the staff and management. .. I can go on... Hood ass store not worth your dollar or time if you want good chicken, you would be better off going to Crown...

Unfortunately, this is the only popeyes that i know of in norristown. The manager is definitely not a good manager. He doesnt know how to lead. He lets his cooks...he lets ALL of his staff to work around customers food without a cap on their heads KNOWING they need to. I spoke up about it, and he couldnt care less of what i said. Thats just nasty and im looking to see if i can get him FIRED!!!

One of your employee told me you guys will open at 10 am on Sunday while time schedule outside write 10.30. I came at 10.20 and wait until 10.30 and call back. A girl pick up the phone and said they open at 11. I came back one more time at 11.07 and call again. The door still lock and no one answer. What is the heck you guys doing? Keep your words to your customers or close your business

Its a great store BUT!! That fake ass shift leader Raysanda aka "Ray" Has the up most nasty ass attitude to go wit that dull ass personality I hate to come there and she greets me her service is unwelcoming to the store and her breath stinks and she is rude to customers as well as employees.. SHE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED !

Dirty but I do see some improvements attempted. Never have all products. For example there has never been any iced tea at this location. Popeyes sweet tea has always been a selling point since it has been added to the menu. Disappointing. Chicken does seem to be as good in quality as other locations either.

I like this place but the bathrooms was dirty and when I told the manger about this all I got was an ok i stayed and ate and chatted with my wife for about a half a hour and still no one came to clean the bathroom so this made me rethink my decision about eating here or ever eating at this place again

Went to the bathroom and there was human feces smeared all across the walls. When confronted the staff refused to clean it up. I also witnessed a staff member eating off of a customers platter order before bringing it out to him. Unbelievable.

Solid establishment.. the staff is fine.. theyre not overly enthusiastic but once you engage with them, you find that theyre pretty pleasant and genuine. food is food.. good and cheap. Nice place considering the location

Popeyes Chicken is always an easy cheap meal! It isnt anything to wright home about, but the fried chicken is tasty and fairly inexpensive compared to other fried chicken outlets.
