First time there and it was a terrible experience. Appetizer plates came after we finished our appetizer, drinks were not refilled without asking and then waiting a long time and the kids meal we ordered came out way after the adults food. The adults food came out and was cold and the breading on the chicken sandwich I ordered was soggy. The food had obviously been sitting. I informed the server we would not be paying for the kids meal due to kids meals should be brought out before the adults or at best along with the adults food. Manager eventually wondered over to the table and had a "really dont care" attitude about our concerns, but did confirm that kids meal would be removed from the check. Table across from us had also complained about their food and another two tables close to us, from their actions, didnt look pleased either. This place definitely needs better management. If I could give it zero stars I would.

The service is TERRIBLE we sat for almost a half hour before we got up to tell the hostess that no one had waited in us yet. And even then we had to wait another 15 minutes for a waitress to come over. I was there with my husband and 2 young children. The other waiters and waitresses that were walking around didnt even make eye contact with us. The the waitress they sent to us was clearly not working anywhere near our table so it took forever to pay for the check, get refills on our drinks, etc. The food wasnt anything to brag about...nothing you couldnt get from the Applebees next door. Fries were good but wont go back just for the fries. I will not consider returning for a very long time. Seems like they have a lot of kinks to work out.

Had a blast at this location. First time at a Green Turtle establishment. Had a small get together with associates from my husbands job. Descent prices, tasty drinks, unique great foods to choose from. Loved our waitress (although her name escapes me). She was prompt remembered everyones orders, frequently visited the table to make sure our needs were met and joked around with everyone at the table, very personable. I Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time in a great atmosphere. 5 stars easily.

**review is skewed because i had to leave early due to a pre-booked party of 250ppl.** Great space, friendly bartender, decent prices. I only had the chips and dip, which was delicious for something so simple. I was planning to order a burger but decided to leave for a place to eat with less chaos. But i would have stayed if i could. Will return if i am back in the area.

We frequent this restaurant. Love the food. We have always had excellent servers and service. Kid friendly although it is like a sports bar decor. My daughter loves to play with the tv in each booth. Fun atmosphere with specialties that have us coming back for more. Managers frequently stop at the table to make sure customers are happy. Definite 5 star.

I had a turkey wrap and it was excellent. Unfortunately the chips tasted like cardboard (should have substituted them for fries). I visited on a Tuesday night and it was packed! There was a 35 minute wait and the greater suggested that I might want to check out the bar area. I did and found an empty table.

Got there just before closing...the place we had gone into 5 minutes before had said the kitchen was closed...not the Greene Turtle...food was good and the staff didnt rush us out...just cleaned around us...

If you have money to spend and dont want to be in an overcrowded bar in this college town, you may consider this restaurant. However, it should never cost over $28 for 2 beers and a crab dip appetizer.

This was the WORST restaurant I have ever been to. Not even joking! The service is horrible, and the food is also horrible and way to expensive! I WOULD SUGGEST TO SAVE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Middling middle of the road casual dining bar. The green turtle expansion hype confuses me, its basically a sports decorated version of Ruby Tuesday or any other chain.

Its a little gimmicky, but they can have a decent happy hour. Their chicken fingers are actually pretty damn good, but I would not recommend the wings or much else.
