I do not recommend this place. Agenst by better judgement I went to this bar. We were going there to a post wedding get together so I had asked about the bar before hand and was told it was trashy. The website made it look nice and they had good bands so I figured I would give it a chance. I guess I should have listened. This place is what us ladies like to call a meat market. In the later part of the evening, older men like to line up along the walls and try to pick up on women. Only to end up being annoying and harassing. I found the place to be dirty, have poor bar service and the security staff was less than helpful. On "gentlemen" decided to follow our group around all evening. When asking the security staff for help getting him to leave us alone, nothing was done. We asked several time and finally our entire group had to leave only to be followed out by the guy. When asking the door men to help us the response was ok, yet nothing was done. So if you want to go somewhere that has great views but poor service and drunk old men who think because they have a little bit of cash in their wallet they can harrass a group of women. Then by all means go to the Jetty. I will not go this place ever again. I should have listened when someone said it was dirty, because it was!!!

We have been coming here for roughly 2-3 summers with family and friends. We unanimously agreed this will be our last visit. The level of service has gone down (especially the last 2 summers) and this summer is by far the worst. The waitresses dont seem to have a clue in what they are doing, they are slow, forgetful and unprofessional. While the menu prices have gone up, the service has gone down--way down. We regularly request an older waitess but we were told she doesnt work there anymore. Our recent waitresses that served us should be working at McDonalds, taking orders through the drivethru window. The service is that poor. Free soda refills? Dont expect them. The waitress is never to be found. Our order has been taken wrong the last three visits. We have been overcharged on almost every bill, after waiting forever to get our bill! Then we had to wait another 15-20 minutes for the corrected bill. The food is mediocre, pricey and we know we are paying for the view. The Jetty is chaotic and no one seems to be in charge or know their jobs properly.

Our first visit there tonight.... WOW ... what a great place..We had the $25 special for 2... which was a shared appetizer (warm crab dip/chips), the surf/turf (strip steak w/crab imperial or shrimp), potato medley with purple, white/sweet potato chunks sauteed, and shared a piece of triple chocolate peanutbutter cake. drinks extra. the food was perfect, the service was terriffic and we found this restaurant to be a real treat. We did eat in the restaurant side vs the bar and it was a nice quiet atmosphere. we went at about 5:30 pm so was not overcrowded for a Saturday night the regular menu is also very reasonably priced... you can bet we will be back many times and will be taking my friends and family too!! We live here on Kent Island, but I have only been here a year so we are trying all the local restaurants that are not "chains".

I was very hungry so we went to the Jetty, hoping to get food. We were seated just fine and then the waiter left and didnt ask us for water. We waited and waited, and this lady didnt come to ask us for drinks! We had all picked out what we wanted to eat and she still didnt ask us for drinks!!!!! I was starving!!! Then my dad said we couldnt wait much longer!!!! So we left and now Im hungry and in a bad mood!! I would like to see that the girl with really light blond hair with the bun gets fired or demoted. Im still hungry. We were waiting for 20 minutes and we didnt even get drinks. I get that maybe they were busy but they still could have gotten us some drinks. And I thought that the waiter was maybe busy, but when we left the building we saw her talking to the other waiters at the front desk.

Long wait, cold food, but most importantly: theyre advertising "scallops" but serving either skate or shark. I dont know if this is the restaurants fault or if theyre being swindled by a distributor, but its definitely not scallop. Scallop should peel in a downward motion and there shouldnt be a silver sheen. My "scallops" peeled in every which direction and even had some fatty tissue in it. I would not have been able to tell (and at first I didnt), but this is something I check for at every restaurant since its a common scam. I told my waiter about this in the hopes that he will pass it on to the manager. To its credit: the restaurant does have a nice vibe, the view is wonderful, theyre dog friendly, and my sister loved her chicken tenders.

We were planning on going to the Crab Deck across the street but it was still closed for the season. Looked for a nice place on the dock, and decided to go here. There were lots of cars in the parking lot, and it looked interesting. Well, the staff looked HORRIBLE and not presentable at all. We had to track someone down to get our drinks, then they said there was a "hold in the kitchen" and we were delayed on getting our food for about 45 minutes. Then the food was all imitation. Instant potatoes, lots of filling in the crab cakes, and brown lettuce. The drinks were awesome, the bar was timely. The server had to be remembered about getting things, and forgot the sides to most of our meals. So get a drink here, and no meals!

Stayed right next door to the place at the Hilton Garden Inn. With my wife in a wheelchair and not feeling good, I couldnt just leave her alone. I called and called and called, no less than 20 times over the period of 80 minutes. Finally fed up, I walk over to first be ignored by the staff...and then to be told that the kitchen is now closed. As I walk out I hit the dial pad and guess who finally answers the phone...Ive watched your place since I arrived at 3 pm...its not been that busy that you cant answer your phone or have staff that would be a bit more accommodating. Never again...and never ever for anyone else I know...as the other review said, service certainly has gone down hill.

Very nice waterfront atmosphere with live music. I ordered the shrimp/oyster porboy and it had a hot zesty sauce on it that dominated the taste and I could not taste the shrimp or oysters. BEWARE of the frozen drinks!! I ordered a frozen margarita and it came in a 12 oz plastic cup w very little alcohol in it. Was expecting a nice margarita glass but guess they dont want to have to wash more dishes. They dont show there drink prices on the menu, knowing that most customers would be too embarrassed to ask. My plastic cup margarita was $7. The waitress provided exceptional service though and this together with the atmosphere were the best parts of our dinner experience.
