Terrible BK. The manager isnt for the best interest of the customers. Sadly I bought 2 sundaes and they were extra small. The cashiers justification was because I was short 13 cents (really it was 3 cents so she cant count). Then the managers justification was its only 3 swirls and some ounces or whatever, which I never heard of before my whole experience going to any BK as long as I have been alive and able to comprehend what was going on around me. If you look at the whole situation, it sounds like BS. If it was about swirls and weight, what does being a few cents short have to do with anything? Then when I complained about it, I was told thats how much its supposed to be. I have NEVER got a sundae that damn small. I was offended and even more offended by the excuses not to make sure the customer is satisfied. LOL...the damn ice cream in the cups was an atrocity and the toppings were even worse. Its not about the ice cream, its about the principle. Im from a major American metropolitan where its more people and was still provided better service, even if I was short of a few cents. I bet if I was white or the staff was white, the whole outcome would have been different and better sad to say. Dont go to this Burger King. Go to Wendys next door and get a frosty or McDonalds up the road. Theyll take care of you.

I dont understand why some people feel the need to be so mean to homeless people..... There was an older black man that walked in to Burger King while my mom & I were eating.. He asked the girl (white girl with a bad attitude/manager) for something to drink, she told him she couldnt give him a cup, she had to account for them all, he said please, and then he asked for a hamburger.. she of course said NO... He said, "well you throw so many away" and she said "thats our policy".. She made me so mad, I got up, went up there and put $3.00 on the counter and told him to get something to eat & drink... She then says " You dont have to do that" and I replied " Youre right, I dont have too, I want too" and told him to get a burger & drink.... She was so rude, and the whole place was just staring at the older man... And it was Raining outside... Gosh she mad me so mad!!!!! Im not rich, But I know what its like to be hungry..... He thanked me over & over, as I was leaving... That isnt why I did it....( and I will be contacting Burger King over this rude Manager!!!!)

The 1 star rating is too much, it should be -1 the worst service ever. First the person taking the order was very impatient, she seemed to be in a rush. When I got to the second window to pick up my order the guy seemed confused about what my order contained. I thought he gave me everything but that was not true as I drove off I realized he had forgot to give me a kids meal. As looked futher into the bag, my double whopper was missing. I returned to the register and the manager met me and asked what was wrong. I told her and she apologized and said it was her fault that I did not receive my food. She read my ticket and placed the missing items in a bag. I trusted these fools again and the order was still wrong. I dont like going to this BK because the service always sucks. Recently I have noticed it is worse than ever. i will not be going there ever again.

The reason I rate Burger King so low is because the BK at Webb Lane and Dupont Hwy in Dover (southbound lane) is the people that work at the drive thru window are so rude. Some are very impatient that you have to drive away and then put your card or wallet away. They act like it would break their face to smile, exchange pleasantries or say thank you, or please come again. I like the food but I go to Wendys (more expensive or McDonalds) then feel like I dont want to eat their food. The apple pies are $1.59 and at McDs or Hardees are 2 for a dollar. Today I copied their headquarters phone # to call them. I travel alot, so I eat on the road alot.

I sat in the drive thru for 5 min before anyone asked to help me. I have stopped at this store 3 times and every time they get my order wrong. The first time I called because I had stopped on my way home for dinner n my son is allergic to tomatoes so I asked for no ketchup and when I got it home and opened it up there was ketchup l. So I called and they told me that there was nothing they could do because they where closed.

I come here almost everyday my family loves the food and only once in awhile is there a mistake with the food. The only reason i dont give them 5 stars is because the girls in the driveway have a NASTY attitude every single time! They make me feel rushed when taking my order by cutting me off and constantly asking if im done and when i get to the window there just as nasty.

I havent had fast food in a while… And I havent been to Burger King in forever. I decide to go tonight. They were out of whopper rolls so could serve anything of a whopper or any size. Horrible
