i really wish i could say the same thing as these other 2 people, but sadly i cannot for a number of reasons... 1- it deff was not fast food seeing as it took almost a half hour to get our food after placing our order in your drive thru at 11pm we finally left at 1125pm 2- it was the first thing both me and my fiancee ate all day (due to being at work) and not even an hour after we both ate a soft taco and some potato wedges we cannot leave the toilet. 3- i called your store to let your management team know about the situation so that it would not happen to anyone else. the lady who claimed to be the manager (never gave me a name) did nothing to fix the situation and only made excuses and after all of that she hung up on me. now i work in customer service and would never do that to a customer especially an unhappy one. i would do everything in my power to make that customer happy so something like a bad review or a call to corp. (which will be happening first thing in the morning) would not happen. We will never again visit this location, and doubtfully any other taco bell/kfc ever again. sorry to be a debbie downer but this put me in a crappy mood (pun intended)

This place is terrible. I have been here on numerous occasions. There are already irate customers who have been waiting for their food. The girl at the counter mumbles like a damn muppet, and when you ask,"what?" She actually has the nerve to roll her eyes like you were in the wrong. The rest of the staff is also very rude. Two staff members were actually taking a break out in the eating area tonight. A break long enough for me to wait twenty minutes for my food to be ready, another five minutes of watching it sit behind the counter getting cold, and another goo twenty minutes while I ate it. Asked for coleslaw and macncheese, got mashed potatoes. And the drive thru was so packed, I couldnt even get out if the parking lot. Ive been in the fast food industry before, and this place needs to be completely re-staffed. Half of them arent even working, and ALL of them are extremely rude. If I were you, I would skip past this place, and drive to a different taco bell or KFC, because you would most likely save yourself some time, and a headache.

I got takeout from KFC since I was passing by on Naamans Road. This KFC is a pad site in a strip mall on the westbound side of Naamans Road, just past the Naamans/I-95/I-495 intersection, so the location is rather strategic. Anyway, the fried chicken is about what one can expect from this fast food chain. The meal overall was good enough, although the biscuit seemed a bit small. Whats not so good was the slow service that caused the ordering line to be backed up all the way to the door. They probably need more staff or faster staff to handle the lunchtime traffic.

This KFC is also a Taco Bell and I love the mix of the food chains. Last night we went and had to wait about 15 minutes in the drive thru. There were only two cars in front of us. The person taking our order was rude and kept cutting us off when we were telling him what we wanted. When we got to the window he didnt say anything he just took our money and gave our food. Didnt tell us sorry for the wait or have a good night or hi how are you or anything. I work in food service so Im more understanding towards employees but oh my god was it terrible service

Did the drive thru. Took half an hour from the time we ordered to get to pickup window. 10 soft tacos still werent ready. How can it be half an hour & theyre not ready?!? They told us to pull around front & theyd bring them out in two minutes. After 10 minutes we had to go inside to find out where our order was. Finally get home & all the tacos are soaking wet & cold. The wrappers were all soaked & stuck to the tacos. They all went in the trash. NEVER going back again!!

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Im from the area and this location has been open since I can remember (20+ years) Sadly, today was the last straw for this loction. Im never going back! You would think since their service is so slow they would get it right but no they still mixed up and get countless orders wrong. Ive had it. If youre hungry try Rigatonis crab cakes next to Total Wine. Might as well grab some if you visit that kfc/taco bell.

This place sucks. My daughter placed a special order. The manager wrote it down so employees knew exactly what was needed. After a long wait we got our order... The order the mgr wrote down was the wrong order. What was the point of mgr writing it down if it was gonna be wrong anyway. I demanded my money back.

They always get the orders wrong.as i waited in line people from drive thru kept coming in complaining about the food being wrong.i got the food fast but when i got home it wasnt what i ordered..the managers didnthr best they could but the staff was absent minded and just didnt care about customer service.

Awful. Forget done downhill, this place is under the ground. Food tasted awful, stomach virus, Orders always wrong. Long waits, etc. Id think twice about eating here seemingly as they dont care how long you wait. Can only wonder what happens behind the scenes. State or county needs to get involved.

This place is a Joke!!!! Long wait for cold soggy food! Employees are to busy hanging out and having fun! Customer service is the last thing this place has on its mind! Never going back! Wish I could give it a zero! Place needs to re-evaluate its management and employees Then start over!

Awful experience. Stopped at KFC on Naamans Rd DE. Extremely long wait time to order. 22 minutes til we got part of our order. Had to ask for the remainder of our order. No apologies from staff. No reason for this. They had a ton of employees on duty. So sad. I like KFC.

The people are friendly, the food is good, and they have good choices. Service is a bit slow. Their KFC items are typical, but the Taco Bell fillings (meat, veggies, cheese, etc.) are on the smaller side. Hard shell tacos are not crunchy and their bottoms fall out.

Long waits, not super rude staff. The Taco Bell here still hasnt learned how to wrap a burrito properly. If I want KFC, I dont get my food here. And now that the Wawa moved into the shopping center, its a nuthouse trying to get in or get out. AVOID.

Waited 20 Minutes in the drive thru just to be told that they didnt have anything that I wanted to order. Because of the barrier, I had to stay in the line which took another 20 Minutes.
