the Kingston KFC store deserves NO STARS!!! They need new management, night shift employees and manager were very rude when we asked what time they closed because their website said 10pm but they said 9pm. when we said the website said 10pm, the girl rolled her eyes at us. they even locked the door so that no one else could come in while we were waiting for our order. If there was a fire, or emergency were or how would we get out. we were going to eat in but we asked to have it to go. manager was very rude and has terrible attitude toward other employees.

Absolutely nothing I like there every time I did go there there was always something missing so they said next time you come in just tell the manager. .so when I went back there again I talked to the manager I was told my name was in a book with the food that I was missing well it turned out my name never went in the book so I got nothing ..like really stick your food up your ass because your restraint went down hill keep your food

Nasty. Young black lady, obviously, does not like white men. She was dismissing over order, never said please not thank you, have me stale buns, and have me the ghetto fantastic attitude after I oaid. Verbally she didnt say anything wrong, but her body language and facial expressions were perfectly clear. SHE DOES NOT LIKE MY "TYPE" Not nice. But Im sure shes happy to take my assistance.

I have never had bad KFC except at this location. This was the second time. Never again. Not only was the chicken breast over done and dried out but it also tasted like it was fried in RANCID OIL. Did find this out till I got home or I would have taken it back!!! I wouldnt even give the meat only to my dog.

Got there and didnt know what time the dining room closed at, when I asked a worker gave me attitude. Then we went through the drive through and got no forks. The problems didnt stop there when we asked for forks the gave us 44 forks, to be funny. This is the second KFC I have had problems with around here.

Saw them prepping food without gloves. Service is always slow. I know people order different chicken meals, some with seasoning, some without, or what have you, but definitely could have been faster. I was asked to waitin the parking lot and waited with 2 other cars.

Food is consistent and staff tries to be as pleasant as possible. However when you have five customers waiting in line and three cars in the drive up window, the sweats begins to pour and no one is happy anymore. A boost in staffing is definitely needed

Never coming here again. This place should be shut down. The entire restaurant was filthy from top to bottom and the food was overdone and hard. The staff was very rude and unhelpful.

Came for my lunch break. Went thru the drive-thru. It was fast fresh and the staff was super friendly. My zinger sandwhich is just spicy enough and it was so fresh ! Thanks so much!

I love KFC. You cant really mess up chicken They do a good job bringing me to a happy place with the chicken (crispy and grilled) as well as my love for mashed potatoes with gravy

window clerk was rude and forget to put the chicken in the KFC snack bowl. Reccomendation: Dont go within a 30 minutes of closing time, they get upset when customers come then.

BEWARE!!! SERVICE was extremely rude. The food order was both INCORRECT and BURNT. Not even worth taking back, I threw it in the trash. VERY GROSS FOOD AND EMPLOYEES.

Staff was friendly, my original dial-up box wasnt available, and the floor was EXTREMELY slippery and greasy. Tables could also be cleaned a bit more often.
