(6/27/16) wilmington , Delaware off of market Street and lea blvd. My son brought me a 4 for 4 for a quick dinner. Completely horrible! The fish sandwich was melted like it was made from earlier this evening! Must of been 4 strands of brown lettuce. The mayo or whatever that was looked like whip cream that melted on super hot pancakes! Fries clumped together! (So not pleased, really not pleased with overly hungry self for allowing myself to drop that junk in my body)! My my my! I forced myself to eat it so my blood sugar would not drop! Horrible! Now I need an antacid! Oh no not done! Now its desert time! Funnel cake! I should have known from the looks and taste of the meal. .. mushy undercooked! Not one drop or evidence if a drop of confectioners sugar on it! On the wrapper ! In the bag! Omg! Soda flat! What is going on with this establishment! So VERY DISAPPOINTED ! Yes I did call! Guess what I got the answering machine! And I wonder why my daughter diagnosed with Autism screams when the wrapper comes near her! She knew to stay clear! I do hope they call me back I left my number 3 times!

Never will my company nor I will attend this location ever again. No stars. I only gave a star so im able to post. If I could rate negative stars I would. Service was EXTREMELY slow, and very very rude service. Not professional at all. If there was a way to sue for the amount of disrespect I in countered then I would. That will be the last time I will ever go there and they are building one on the other side of town I will not go there either. How did this place get any good ratings. People must be satisfied enough with the fact its checkers. Smh. The staff is rude and unprofessional...youll walk in order your food and watch 12 cars come and go with their orders. Spent 20 mins of a 15 min break here finally decided to run to the Mc Donalds down the street. I was in and out in less than 7.. I mean if your a checkers die hard fan , dont care about waiting hours for over cooked , dried out flavorless, often cold food with poor customer service then this is the place for you!

I was there yesterday and my fries were cold. I went back in to get fresh fries just to wait 5 mins for a diffrent employee to ask what can she help me with!! I stated that another employee was supposed to be getting me fresh fries. By this time my burgers were cold, my pie was missing and wrapper to my burger was so messy with mustard and ketchup all over it!! I never have good service when i go to this establishment. They have poor and unprofessional employees!! Will never go there again!!

Omg omg omg please please people do not go over to this checkers its the worst place to eat I mean the worst gave me my order 3 wrong and the 3rd time even forgot my drink all the food was cold no taste employees extremely rude had no knowledge of working there literally I would not go there if the food was free I eat alot of fast food this is the first time there and definitely the last please save your money please go to McDonalds across the road or just grab a cup of ramen soup.....

Checkers may not be a fine dining experience, but if youre looking for a hearty meal of Big Bufords, fries and a drink and dont want to leave your car, Checkers is the place for you. The staff is generally fairly cordial. The food meets expectations too. If you choose to walk into the small standing area and its raining, be aware that the roof leaks a little. The restaurant is composed of two drive-thrus, which serve as excellent alternatives to exercise.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I JUST WAITED INSIDE TO BEAT THE RIDICULOUS DRIVE THRU LINE OUTSIDE. NO ONE WANTED TO HELP, ONE GIRL WAS ACTUALLY ON HER CELL PHONE, LAUGHING even after acknowledging a bunch of customers presence. Management needs to fire these rude, incompetent "workers" and hire a real team of people who understand CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Idk what those other reviewers are talking about but i love this checkers in Wilmington. My food is always hot, clean and taste good. Some times i did have to wait like 10 minutes but they were cooking the food and it was hot and fresh. They are way better then the checkers in Philly and better than the nasty McDonalds a block away.

Food is good. Service is poor. Maybe its the area and Im oblivious, but when there is no line and Im standing their waiting for 15 minutes staring at you through a window, maybe open it and ask what I want 10 minutes ago. I skipped a long drive-thru line, was 2nd inside and left after everyone else was helped. Service FAIL.

They can never get my damn order right. Just left from there. With a simple 2 for 5 deal and the garlic parm fries and stixs. Only got 1 damn sandwich and the fries. Tired of that night crew man! This is not the only time either!

Up To The Minute-traffic details or accidental warnings would be great. (accidents, traffic jams, speed traps, etc.) So if one needs to re route one could do so before its too late.
