Its rather ridiculous the number of times Ive been next door to Moes but never set foot in this Five Guys. So when a bunch of friends had a meetup here, I took the opportunity to join them and try this place. Ive been to a few other Five Guys and this one is comparable. As always, I ordered a hamburger with everything, including the spicy toppings. They did not disappoint. With all the toppings stacked up, its a rather tall and satisfying burger, even if it does get a bit messy. As in other Five Guys locations, they have not one, but two, Coke Freestyle machines to make it less likely that youll need to wait to use it. As a bonus, they have an extra tap with four iced tea flavors, a nice touch. And finally, the complimentary peanuts are good for snacking on if the burger doesnt fill you.

If you have extra money to spend on a burger and dont mind waiting 5 minutes for your food then you wont be disappointed. A plain 2 patty burger with NO cheese and NO bacon with a "little" cup of french fries and a "free" cup of ice water set me back ten bucks! Now I know the year is 2017 but you could easily push $20 a person if you went all out on your meal. Otherwise the quality is top notch as they have standards to follow, unlike some other burger places nearby. A Steady crowd during meal hours keeps things fresh and hot. Good music is always playing. I feel right at home.

Ive been to the one in DC, and coming to this one I had high expectations and.......... it was horrible, dont get me wrong it was good but, Ive had better way better. Try the one in Wilmington before this one, I havet been to that one but if your going to buy a hamburger in the bear area just go to Wendys, Hardees, or Jakes before this Five Guys. I had a Burger with lettuce, onion, bacon and mayo. I have no idea why they choped up my bacon in to bits. I never asked for that and never went to a place where they did that. Its not worth your time or money.

Ive been to a ton of 5 guys and am a huge fan of the brand but I have never been let down like this before. -All our food was burnt, burnt buns crunched apart making a mess, over done fries, blackened bacon. -Unprofessional staff, goofing around, was sarcastically nice to me while other staff laughed making me uncomfortable, then after taking my order took forever to make the order.. likely because they were busy overdoing all my food. -No semblance of a manager in sight, "poor choice of staff", great way to lose customers at a location.

Five Guys needs to close this store and the other one in Kirkwood - this is the worst Five Guys store - the burger is horrible, the fries are soggy at best and they almost always screw up my order. This review is only for this store, the other Five Guys locations (except the ones in DE) are usually awesome.

Food here is always good, just a big delicious juicy burger and loads of fries The only complaint would be that their soda machines never taste right , wrong amount of carbonation or something, just not a good soda.

The hamburgers are delicious the hot dogs are good too but a little pricey the reason why I didnt give it 5 Stars this because the music is just a little too loud but other than that its very nice

Dont get me wrong the burgers and fries are good but with other options in the area at the same or cheaper its becoming more difficult to justify going here.

Not a typical five guys. Employees bs ing rather than working. Took way longer than normal to get our food. Probably why the burgers were over cooked.
