Havent been to Five Guys in a long time. Was a regular patron of the one in Nanuet, NY until I moved out of the area. My mother in law had never been to a Five Guys so it was my chance to enjoy myself and to treat her to a great experience. The interior of this restaurant is a lot smaller than I am used to but we were there at 3:00 so it was not crowded. The music they play is kind of hard rock and I wish the volume was a little lower. You ask for your fries well done with no salt and they are happy to comply. I was surprised that one of the employees visited our table to see how we were enjoying our meal. Lunch was 24 bucks for two people but it was a quality meal and we did eat peanuts till our hearts content.

Usually would be 5 stars, however this time there was no where to sit, standing there waiting for a table so we could eat, and there are people waiting for to go orders sitting at tables and others waiting for tables, who are so ignorant they hop at a table knowing that you have been standing there waiting. They need to have more seating. Also, I was very disappointed with the fries. WAY TO MUCH SALT!! The burger was fantastic, but the fries....salt shouldnt be like a coating on your food. I will definitely continue going there, which isnt all that often, and hope my next experience there is worthy of 5 stars.

We stopped at Five Guys on route 6 in Dickson City, PA. We waited 17 minutes for our order and only got it when we complained loudly. Our order sat on the counter and when we got it , it was only warm. Our money was refunded, but we put it in the employee tip jar. There were not enough staff on the job. I have never had a bad experience before. This manager was talking to someone and when he finally went behind the counter and started cooking burgers he was yelling at the staff. It was an unpleasant experience.

I would eat here every day if I had a superhuman metabolism. The burgers are always delicious - prepare to get messy with all the deliciousness dripping down your arms. Go for the toppings "all the way". Fries are exceptionally generous, so when in doubt order a size smaller -- you will get enough in the bag to make up for it.

LOVE the burgers here! The price is right and the burgers are greasy, big and delicious. The fries are great too. Its better to come here for dinner rather than lunch, I always find myself in a food coma afterwards and if Im at work, all I can think about is taking a nap. Delicious, keep up the good work Five Guys!

Im from the West coast and everyone tells me that I had to try this place, the staff was amazing!! But for some reason all I felt was they were trying to copy In-N-Out burger. Dont get me wrong the food was good but for the prices it wasnt worth it. Would I eat here again? Maybe but I wouldnt go out of my way!

As a long time customer since the renovation they are cheap on the fries...no extra..prices increased..burgers are way more greasy...the Tables were dirty...I had to tell them to clean mine off...new staff not friendly..By far things were much better prior to the renovation at this location. Ill pass....

We always receive the freshest food when we visit the Dickson City location of Five Guys. And they make one of the nest lettuce wrapped bacon burgers Ive ever had!! The place is always clean and sanitation is kept up with. Great staff as well!!

Burgers, fries, and a chocolate shake - you cant go wrong when you get Five Guys. When my husband and I are craving a burger, this is our go-to. You can order online and pick it up, its always hot and fresh, and of course, its delicious.

Pricey but delicious. Generous with the fries, which might be the only place that doesnt bread their fries. Offers free peanuts, too. I get the lettuce wrap because I cant eat bread and its one of their options. Always friendly staff.

I wasnt impressed at all. I just went to five guys. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. A regular fry which I would put it as a small, and a milk shake. Plus I waited for about ten minutes for a 17 meal. I will never go back!

Favorite place to go for burger and fries, Five Guys always satisfies but I do have to say they are starting to get a little pricey, they are a fast food burger place but you will be paying restaurant prices.
