I just want to be clear that the waitress was friendly and polite enough. The restaurant was not that busy as there were plenty of empty seats. We were sat immediately but it was 20 minutes before the waitress first came to the table. After we placed the drink order it was ANOTHER 20 minutes for drinks to be served, and they were staggered at that. We placed our dinner order before the drinks came out. After another 15 minutes the salads were still not yet out. So its been an hour, weve not had our drinks that long, the salads come out, and less than ONE MINUTE later, the food is served. We eat, get the check, I put out my credit card, the folder is picked-up, and almost another 20 minutes later... It takes 90 minutes to eat at Wild Wings? No thank you. I did not see anyone that looked like a manager (based on apparel and activities) on the floor at all. No one of authority apologized for the undue duration of our meal which means either the waitress didnt tell anyone or no one cared. At the very least we should have received a drink credit or two. I posted this on Facebook and a young lady who I always thought was a competent waitress, and trust, commented that she had worked there and quit because things get far worse than that! Really? In this day and age? Shame.

I have had issues before, but was very disappointed when I went yesterday. I went with some friends and wanted to have a beer and eat some wings.... First issue, the waitress only gave 3 waters, 3 straws, 3 plates and there were 4 of us. Second, when I ordered a beer, this came out with my meal. Third, everyones meals were wrong.. Wings hot sauce was wrong. I was missing sides. And the dipping sauces were wrong. Besides the common mistakes. The service was awful... We werent checked on. Couldnt get a refill because she was not around. Even with the manager or lead server involved, issues still happened. I have never been so disappointment, I could hardly enjoy my food. And the worst part was... It was empty. No rush in the kitchen, just lack of listening skills and competencies. And forgetting to place things on an order. Being in a customer service role, I can admit that they should be embarrassed with their service.

Was told a 20 minute wait. I get that, but as we stand waiting we notice not 1, not 2, but 5 open tables. I get they might be understaffed at times, yet the whole time we waited there was no fewer than 3 employees hanging out at the host/hostess stand. I will say after we finally sat our server was super friendly. I posted to quickly. Our server was awesome, but waiting 45 minutes for 2 orders of boneless wings and a burger is ridiculous. We were told that they werent as busy as they have been, but wind orders were holding up the kitchen. Really? We then ordered 2 ice creams and so far we have waited 20 minutes for those. I did not plan on spending my Sunday afternoon here and that is exactly what happened.

The staff are incompetent and refuse to help. If you cannot handle to modify small (under $50) online orders, then by all means, dont offer online ordering as a service AND send an email that says to call the store to change your order!! I needed to pick my order up 30 mins early, called 2 hours before scheduled pickup, and was told there was nothing to be done about changing my pickup time. No workaround was offered, no apology, nothing. Youre telling me the order cant be canceled and resubmitted? No, the woman who answered simply did not want to do her work. tl;dr do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for wings for game night.

The managers response to how horrific a dining experience this was is the only reason I can even give it one star. The food was subpar at best, but our server was absolutely atrocious. She was rude, short, unknowledgable, flippant, and did not check on us one time during our visit. She tried to overcharge us and was hostile when I asked about it. The manager was able to fix our bill and gave us a $10 gift certificate for our next visit. Upon returning, our waiter was much more pleasant. Food service unfortunately was very slow and still underwhelming. Not worth your time or money.

I was there last night with my best friend and the service we got was horrible. First what we wanted to order the waitress was acting like we couldnt eat all of it. Then she came back and said the 2 things we ordered was not available anymore. So we got our wings but we had now silverware and we still did not have our drinks. She only checked on us twice. We had to ask another waitress for our drinks. Then our salads came out and she still did not give us silverware. Over this experience was horrible and we dont know if we will be back or not.

Should have gotten the wings. Asked for the Bayou PoBoy with popcorn shrimp. I must say, the food was tasty, asked for hot sauce on the side. I loved the sauce! My issue, is that my sandwich became a shrimp basket instead of PoBoy sandwich. The roll was sliced all the way through, so it did not hold the food inside. All the shrimp fell into the basket. Was disappointing. Did not say anything, because I dont see the point. I dont like when I order a sandwich and you can not eat it as such.

Would give 5 stars if the prices were as friendly as the staff is! Wish there were more specials for families to enjoy. But the staff and food is excellent and the managers always are willing to help assist to make an allergy free meal for my allergic daughter. Its one of the only places we trust with this and appreciate each time we go that the staff takes every precaution to ensure her meal is safe for her to enjoy! Great family atmosphere, but can be loud at times for young babies.

Tables all around us not bussed. Waiter stood leaning against the table across the aisle to take our order. He could barely be bothered to answer our questions. Table was wet, no settings. Food order was wrong, big surprise since he stood so far away to take it. Food runners cared more than waiter. Manager stood under a TV watching game , when tables around him sat unbussed. Fries were cold. Overall one of the worst food experiences ever!

Experience was great, until I got food poisoning later that night :( Ive eaten at Buffalo wild wings many times and love the food, but I guess something was undercooked or not prepared properly this time. I dont really order spicy wings so that can be ruled out. On a lighter note, the bartender was a great guy, very friendly, and the wait staff met my expectations. Dont let my experience discourage you from visiting other BWW locations.

Even though the restaurant clearly wasnt busy with its numerous empty tables, We had to wait over half an hour to get our food. All we ordered was a salad and an order of wings! We sat at the bar/counter and when we asked the bartender if the food would be out soon all she said was "it will be when its ready". So rude! Finally when it comes out, she forgets the celery and dressing for the wings. Will not be back and do NOT recommend!
