calling manager worse service and the things I saw were gross a guy using the broom he just swept floor with cleaning the counter next to the waffle irons. Hash browns so over cooked they were like eating potato chips, hubby had to keep repeating his order, and she still had it wrong, and mine. Worse blt I ever had in my life, one slice of bacon on one part and the other a slice and half omg really? not like any waffle house I ever went to before never going here again.

The food was horrible I asked for onions in my eggs & hash browns which met to cook along with & they just threw raw onions on top of my food the eggs were dry the sausage was browned on one side & the other side looked half done I will not be going to that one again & will not recommend it to anyone it was very small & very little space very tight the kitchen floor was dirty menu was very limited

Worst waffle house experience ever. Back to Middletown we go. There were 2 upper level managers working but they were busy cooking so nobody was managing the process. Server was either clueless or stoned. Guess we will stick with clueless. Such a waste. Great concept, just not executed in Smyrna location.

I gave this Waffle House 5 stars for excellent service. The food was very tasty. Today May 21, 2017 my family and I decided to try this Waffle House. I was greeted at the door by a nice young man named Chris. Our waitress Bry was excellent. The whole staff was very friendly.

Workers are not very interested in making customers feel welcomed... waitress started taking order, we asked to make it to go she caught and attitude and left and sent someone else to take our order.... floors needed to be swept and tables were semi organized and clean...

Got the hashbrowns "all the way" with country gravy and one buttermilk waffle. Enough to fill you! the country gravy was anticlimactic so I think I would get it "topped" with chili next time. Overall good experience for what its worth.

Sat at the counter while the store was empty for 15 minutes with not so much as a hello from the 2 girls behind the counter. Instead they talked about their tips and how one of them gets knocked up too much. White trash at its finest

My order was wrong after I repeated it twice. And never got my kids bacon with his waffle till I asked about it. Plus I never was asked for a refill on my drinks. Really disappointed waffle house

Their open 24/7/365. They never close. The food has been cooked to order and has been delicious every time I have been here. The booths are a little small, but OK. And always good service.
