This place is suppose to be the west coast version of in-n-out from what I hear. Well Im not a huge fan of in-n-out burgers, I go there for the shakes, but my hubby loves in-n-out. So we moved to PA a week ago and after a couple days I decide to try this place out. What a waste of money! I order what I assume is a basic cheeseburger, tell the guy what I want on it and order a side of fries and drink, $12 and 10 minutes later I sit down to eat my food. I unwrap my burger and wonder why there are 2 patties in it, no biggie, Ill give it a shot. Its ok, nothing to write home about. Then I try the fries, definitely better than in-n-out fries, but still, they are just ok, nothing too great about them. I look back at the menu to double check I ordered the right burger since it had come with the two patties, sure enough I fail to see I didnt! There is a like basic burger and a big burger, umm, ok sure, no wonder it cost so much! Over all, Id say I wont be going back to that place, if anyone has heard of steak n shake, go there, they have better burgers than five guys or in-n-out! Not to mention, I should have been leery when I didnt see any shakes on the menu, what kind of burger place doesnt serve shakes?!?! Dont waste your money on this place!

Firstly, the google map location is wrong! This is located on Airport Road South right off Route 22. Its in the shopping area with target, ross and the verizon store (right hand side when driving south on airport drive coming off 22). Went here for my first Five Guys Burger experience. Was very pleased, my order took less then 10 minutes right around the start of peak rush (4:45pm). When you place the order, the cashier calls out the order and everyone in the kitchen yells "Got It!" which was very funny the first time I heard it. Their burgers and fries are the best fast food Ive had so far. When I order regular fries they but always give me 2 cup fulls into 1 cup so it spills all over the bag (gives the bag a nice greasy stained look). Only bad thing I can say is that they place your fries in an non-eco friendly styrofoam cup. Price for double patties range from $4-$6 regular size fries are around $2.59

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND BUSINESS ETHICS, IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, I PLACED MY ORDER AT 745PM AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY WHEN I GOT THERE AFTER I ASKED HOW BUSY THEY WERE AND WAS TOLD NOT AT ALL (SUNDAY 7/30/2017) I get to 5guys on 914 airport road at 806pm AND PROCEED TO THE COUNTER AND LET THEM KNOW IM THERE, 1ST THEY CANT FIND MY ORDER ON THE COMPUTER THEN THE YOUNG LADY ASK FOR HELP AND SHE FINDS IT EXCEPT MY ORDER IS ALL READY BEING EATEN BY ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND MY WIFE AND I FIND THIS OUT BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEE IS CALLING OUT A ORDER NUMBER AND NO ONE IS CLAIMING IT UNTIL THE COUPLE WHO ARE EATING MY FOOD SAYS WHAT NUMBER DID YOU SAY AND OF COURSE ITS THERE. SO NOW I HAVE NO FOOD AND I HAVE TO BE IN THE POCONOS BY 845PM I GET A REFUND AND NOTHING AT ALL WAS OFFERED TO COMPENSATE MY WASTED TIME THANKS A LOT 5GUYS FOR THIS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND YOU PROBABLY LOST A VALUABLE CUSTOMER

Usually when I come here I have a good experience however the past two times havent been so pleasant. Last time I came the two girls at the cash register just gossiped and laughed at all the customers and now this time I had an even worse experience. I got in line and the super obnoxious guy at the girl was screaming and asking everyone in line how many burgers they were getting. I told him 3... When we got to the register I told her we wanted a bacon cheeseburger and then two more cheeseburgers and she said "so yous want 6 cheeseburgers not 3" and then the guy at the grill started blaming us for them not making enough burgers. These workers only focus on being cool, not efficient. Foods good, workers SUCK.

Went there and placed an order, which was completely forgotten about they called over 15 orders and I had to personally go up to the counter after getting stared at constantly by all the employees. The manager, I would assume, insisted that she would have my order right out, and she would personally make sure it was done. Another 10 orders go by, she again apologizes, then retakes our order again after already promising it would be out. 15 orders yet again later, it comes out, and they take my girlfriends name down so they dont have to call #20 along with numbers 78,79, and 80. Never returning here again.

This is the worst place. You read everywhere in the place that they are top rated..by who? Themselves? The worst fires ever..cant eat them..they are disgusting. The burger had no taste at all. It was like cardboard. They charged me 6.50 for one bacon cheeseburger. I paid 12 dollars for a coke, fries, and burger. Who cares if you get a lot of fries..they are disgusting. 12 dollars at fast food=fail. I paid less than 10 dollars for the same thing in MANHATTAN at a place called FRESCO, and it was 20 times better!!

Five Guys is a burger experience like no other. Although this joint is a chain, the quality and service does not suffer whatsoever. Portions are incredibly friendly, burgers and fries are the best in town, and the atmosphere works for dates, family outings, and casual small business meetings. However, dont expect your peanut oil fried heaven to come quick. The waiting time for orders is quite hefty.

Wish I could get MY burger cooked the way I want it! $25 for 2 burgers, 1 shake and 1 regular fry seems a little pricey to me. Forgot my pickles, and the extra ketchup and lettuce wasnt. Fries with malt vinegar was excellent though. Really wish they had someone else taking phone orders rather than the only cashier stopping the line every time the phone rang.

You can never go wrong with these burgers and fries or anything on their menu, my kids love coming here. Food is always fresh and always fills me up. Burgers are cooked well done and still remain juicy. Fries are sooo goood! Drink selection is huge. Hot dogs with bacon are amazing.

I went for lunch and was able to order right away but it took 15 minutes to get my food. The burger was ok, not great, and the fries were soggy and tasteless. Im not sure why this place is so popular. The free peanuts are a nice touch but not enough to make me want to go back.

Good burgers, decent staff. They sell you burnt bacon. Bacon at times that is inedible. They are told to make it that way. When you order it, they dont tell you it is burnt. Dont assume all your customers like it that way. Cajun fries are awesome.

The burgers taste great and so do the fries. On top of that you can grab some free peanuts that they have in the store. The burgers are fresh and you dont have to wait a long time to get your order. Overall, its a great place to eat for the price.
