Best Red Robin I have ever eat. I am from Manchester, CT and I prefer this Red Robin instead the one over there. I prefer to waste 10-20 bucks in gas rather than eating in Red Robin in Manchester. Better service and quality, Servers are nice same with some managers that I know. I went Monday in the afternoon (November 19,2012) and I order Blue Burger with Bacon. I got my Blue Burger with Bacon correctly but there wasnt enough blue cheese and I told my server, she rapidly apologized and took the burger back to the kitchen in which they fixed the problem plus made it better. A manager came to me and gave me my burger he apologized too and I told him that is fine because anybody makes mistakes, he apologized again and left. When I saw my new burger I was impress, it was a beautiful burger that it got me shocked. They fixed the problem, they added enough blue cheese, plus they added more bacon (in which it made me more happier with the service). I recommend this specific restaurant to anybody. They have a very responsible and friendly staff and managers are very friendly too.

More than once Ive had cold food brought to our table. The last time, all the food was cold. Before leaving, I watched others food come up on the line, and three employees are gathered near the window talking, eating, and paying absolutely no attention to the orders sitting there getting cold. This Heat lamps dont cut it. Three other employees walked by the window several times, and none of them bothered to even look at the orders. This went on for ten minutes and then I left, as the orders remained in the window. I realized this is what happened to our food as well. The restaurant was operating at maybe 20% capacity at the time. If you go there, you too can watch your food sit in the window getting cold. After complaining online, a regional manager sends me a voucher for $25. A little shy I thinks since I explained that my wifes, daughters, and my food were all cold. If I go there with the voucher and the food is cold, Im walking out.

Literally just got back from the restaurant and me and my friends had a pretty horrible experience here. It took 20 minutes till we even saw our waitress. We ordered appetizers literally waited 20 minutes for those which werent exactly what we ordered and they were cold. Then it was another 20-30 min. before we got our burgers which had also seemed like they had been sitting for a little bit. The waiter was nice and kind very apathetic about the slow night but overall pretty bad service. Even took another 15 min just to get our checks after we asked and were ready to go. So basically you will be waiting a long time for cold food thats kind of expensive. Also the guy next to me seemed to be having issues as well. The manager came to his table multiple times taking and replacing what Im guessing was cold food. He actually gave him a gift card when he left. I would never go to this specific West Hartford red robin again.

My girlfriend and I went there on Thursday afternoon. Service was real quick but the most important thing is food for us and my girlfriend does not eat meat except chicken and I was in the mood for a burger. Appetizers were ok as expected for a chain restaurant. The main course, where to begin, there was hair!!! in my girlfriends dish which is not ok but stuff happens. We returned the food and had it removed from the bill, she did not want anything else as I would probably do thisame thing if I was in her place. As far as my meal, which was the black and blu burger at the time in the restaurant was good, nothing special, definitely lacking blue cheese crumbles, but most important I got sick!!! that night and did not eat anything after the restaurant so it had to be from the burger. Will not be coming back any time soon!!!

I was there at 4pm - not many others in the restaurant - but had to wait a while before waitress appeared - she apologized.... Ordered the Whiskey BBQ burger... it only had a DAB of BBQ, so I asked for more. They brought out generic BBQ sauce. I asked that they bring Whiskey BBQ and was told that this was all they had!!!! I commented that the sauce on the burger was sweeter - then they said they had Honey BBQ and brought some - still NOT the Whiskey BBQ. Taste was OK, but SO NOT the burger I wanted or ordered - Sweet potato fries were good. Ordered the Gooey Chocolate cake/brownie desert. WHERE IS THE GOOEY? Cake/brownie was very dry. Only a small drizzle of fudge over the ice cream.. Disappointing meal.

My kids love Red robin, so we go there a lot, but I was so disappointed tonight. The host in front, it was a guy, I dont remember his name, but he was very impolite!!! The server Amanda was nice, but when I asked for sweet potato fries for one of my kids meals, out came regular fries, and I was charged for sweet potato. The most disgusting thing tonight was that there was some brown residue stick inside my kids white milk cup, and when I told my server, she didnt even apologize, but rather immediately asked if I needed the check!!! What kind restaurant is this? Do you ever clean your dinnerware? What about the service??? I was very disappointed!!! I will never go back again!!!

Went in late (9pm on a weekday) and got excellent service from our waitress. She was very friendly and the food was really good. Everything we ate was delicious. We each tried their sangria, which was the only low point of the meal, sadly, because I love a good sangria. Was just a small tumbler glass of red wine with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry. Definitely not worth the six bucks and change at all. The food, on the other hand, was well worth it. Came home stuffed and quite happy. Definitely recommend eating here.

Worst service ever!!! Food took forever to get my egg on the burger was undercooked the bacon was overcooked and black. Never got fries never got mustard never got our drinks refilled. Waitress seem disgusted every time we ask her for a refill of soda or if my sons food was on the way never got his oranges or apples. About 45 minutes later where his apple and oranges were with discussed she went back in 10 minutes later brought us oranges .Never will go back again stay away from the West Hartford Ct Red Robin...

We ended up deciding on this place last minute and were worried because it was near closing time. We thought maybe they wouldnt serve us or only serve a limited menu. We were wrong. We for everything we asked for. Even a milkshake while they were getting ready to shut it down. Even brought out many orders or fries to keep our stomachs full. Thats great service. Burger was tender and there were so many choices. I cant wait to go back. Sign up for the club too to get free burgers evey now and then

Red Robin is a big chain so youd think every location would be consistent. They are not. I visit New Britain each summer for work and have stopped in this Red Robin 3 or 4 times (mostly because its one of the only places I can find to get a chocolate milkshake). Anyway, every time Ive been here I had to wait a long time for my food. I really think theres something wrong with the training and/or management here. Other Red Robins Ive been to get things done noticeably quicker.
