Got the black bean burger, on a chipotle bun, spinach,tomatoes,cheese, with chipotle sauce. I paid extra for fresh avocado slices. It was good, had better but good. My major disappointment came when I took the top off to take a look at it and see how much sauce vs tomato spinach ratios. Well very little chipotle sauce and if u ever had a black bean burger u know they can be dry. So I was like OK, thats why I paid extra for the avocado, SLICE!!!!!! ONE THIN SLICE FOR 1.49. WHAT???? I COULD GO NEXT DOOR BUY MY OWN AND LOAD THAT BURGER UP IT FOR THAT PRICE!!! So thats the 3 stars. I would have gotten a picture however some sketchy ppl were casing the joint so I just took my burger in a napkin and left. Left my fries behind!

Smash burger is the best place in the world, the service rocks and its so fast. Normally fast food is the worst but smash burger made me stand corrected. There milk shakes make my taste buds dance, there burgers make me hungry even if I just ate a huge meal! I would definitely come here!!!!!! Its also kid friendly and the food isnt spicy like at some other restaurants were the foods good but way to spicy for children. I would recommend smash burger to any one who asked. 5 stars is 1/100 of what smash burger should be rated

I ordered a BBQ Bacon and they forgot to put the bacon. Cashier asked us whether we want to sign up for rewards and then she forgot to sign us up. I gave her a coupon and she pressed the wrong button resulting in some other deal that was completely unrelated to what my coupon stated. My coupon disappeared after being scanned. Then she (and the manager) wont believe me when I insisted that they gave me the wrong deal. Luckily I dug out the history page on the Smashburger app, showed them the coupon and proved them wrong.

Food was great as always but staff arent fast nor clean. I watched 2 tables stay dirty while I was waiting for my food and finished eating. The staff where cleaning slowly, each time they pass the table they pick up 2 or3 things. I also noticed the server wasnt taking the table numbers as the food us delivered and the cashier had to have customers wait for here to leave the cashier and run around to collect as many as she can. If it wasnt for the food to be great, this store would have gotten a 1star

Good burgers; however, they have to address policy when to ask for identification when a patron orders a beer.. especially when its obvious that the person is way over the age of 21. Requested that corporate have some one to contact me and explain that policy. It has been over 2 weeks, and no one has called. By the way Im 68 years old. And the White House is hiring people who do not have common sense.

I love Smashburger because the food is supposed to get cooked as you order it and the food is really tasty. You can have your sandwich made from ground beef, turkey meat or chicken cutlet. They also have salads that look huge and seem to be popular with customers. French fries are so good and they have shakes. I just love these hamburgers and chicken sandwiches.

I WILL NEVER GO TO THE SMASHBURGER LOCATED AT PELHAM MANOR EVER AGAIN. AFTER A 55 MINUTES OF WAITING FOR 2 BURGERS , ALL THE ORDERS STARTED TO FINALLY COME OUT AND THEY ALL CAME OUT WRONG. THE STORE ITSELF WAS A FILTHY MESS. THE STAFF WERE ALL RUDE. THE FOOD CAME OUT COLD. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND LEFT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I love coming to smash burger, but today was the worst. I asked for 2 create your owns but instead they gave me a classic smash and a new yorker. Then they mixed up our order and took a long time to get it right. Definitely not coming back to this location.

In a word, ridiculous. Over 30 minutes for a take out order of fried pickles. Needless to say Ill never come back to this particular location. I hope if I find another one, the service will not be the same. I wish I could give no stars in this rating.

Really good food and service, 4 stars because they messed up our order the first time and then we could hear another tables order was messed up as well. It was closing time so maybe they were rushing. But they changed it no problem.

I arrived here at 10:05 AM and am being told that theyre not open for serving until after 10:30 AM when their corporate site states 10 AM. Worker claims that the site has to be updated and scheduled hours were just changed.

Shanice was so helpful. She told me about completing the survey and get a free order of fries. The burgers were good. Although the Triple Double was very oily and a bit on the salty side, I really liked the extra cheese

Food is fresh, shakes are to die for! The staff is knowledgeable about the choices and the wait usually isnt too long. Parking is always available. Ive been there multiple times and I cant wait to go back!

Awesome burgers, chicken, fries, shakes. But the pick up experience is random, with the staff keeping their backs to you / ignoring you. About every third order gets something wrong as well

They just added turkey burgers! Now just add Salmon burgers and they will get 5 stars. Only other thing it is always a line even of it is not packed. They never open up 2 registers.
