This is my first time at smashburger. The food was delicious however, the waiter that brought our food Ruthie was extremely rude. My burger also came out wrong, I asked for the bbq bacon cheddar big smash and instead got a regular bbq bacon cheddar. I asked the other waiter Deandrea that I got the wrong burger and she was very nice and patient. As I waited for my burger Ruthie passed by and said, "I swear to my mother I gotta quit this job." Please hire better workers.

Elevated fast food restaurant similar to Five Guys, Shake Shack. Order at counter, take a flag, sit down, they bring you your food... sometimes. Have had inconsistent service, Ive had to go and reorder as the order had gone missing, once they got my order wrong. If you like thin crispy herb fries, the smash fries are for you. The burgers are thin and crispy with various toppings. Most of the time is good service and clean.

Food is great and always delicious. But management has only one server both serving tables and cleaning tables at a time usually. During busy hours its not uncommon to see a third of the tables left with trays. Should consider garbage bins to allow customers to throw food out on their own. Would save time on the servers end and allow new patrons at least a chance to sit. Besides that food again is excellent.

I like having a SMASHBurger so close to me, but I do feel like the service could be better. The food quality is good and the selection of choices are standard like any other of its chain locations, but depending on the shifts and the employees working that day, service is definitely not consistent. Some days I have great service, but other days its really below quick service expectations.

Huge fan of Smashburger, except for this location. Food is not prepared as described in menu ( something is always missing). Staff is terrible, they work as if they could care less about their jobs. Today we waited 30 min for our food while having to endure a staff member using a smelly dirty mop on thbusinesse floors. This is strike 3 and the last time i will be dining at this location.

The one in Manhattan I think it on 33 street please do not go there the workers are as nasty as the food,BUT I MUST SAY I WENT toTHE ONE IN SCARSDALE ON Central Avenue and the food was great the workers are professional and very friendly I would give 10 Stars if I could

Service is not good disorganized ordered two hamburgers for myself and my wife and food came 10 minutes apart music is too loud not enough people on registers last two times I was there they got my order wrong not very impressed what hamburgers are good

The burgers are salty and staff was asking people to leave before closing time. Also they close at 9:30 when they are supposed to close at 10. I rather go to the one in Mamaroneck Avenue which gives a way better service and food taste alot better

The food quality has gone down in years tastes like they never change the oil in a french fry tank not one table is clean we had to clean her own. Waited 20 minutes for a food which was cold. It is a shame because this place used to be nice

Terrible service for a fast food restaurant I could get a sit down full course meal faster. I waited 20 minute for a salad to go! 20 minutes for a salad ??? Someone needs to help over there cause it is a circus.

I had the truffle mushroom Swiss with grilled chicken and wow! It was DELICIOUS! I also had the sweet potato fries and fried pickles...I wasnt disappointed at all! Ill definitely come back on my cheat day! :)

I cannot stop going here, the fries are amazing, the selection is more than diverse enough, and I have never left unhappy, except they can sometimes take a little longer than expected to deliver orders.

Fine example of the chain. Convenient and easy parking. Tasty chicken sandwiches, fries and shakes (though often the shakes are delivered after the food, not before, due to a weird process/workflow?)
