這裡的工作人員是如此的友好，食物是那麼新鮮那麼乾淨。我得到了雞肉沙拉，如果你想乾淨的食物，這是去的地方。價格是合理的食物，certifiably潔淨，有很多對於那些不雜食動物/食肉動物素食主義者的選擇......這樣讓你離開食草動物！到這裡！你會愛上它。其他的事情來試試呢？他們的甜點。我是在一個#iatetoomuchlastnightsoicantgohamrightnow的心情，但我會極力推薦他們的凍糕。聽起來那麼好！有沒有這裡不允許所以它是素食主義者友好。乳品沒錯。這就是它。呵呵，並嘗試自己的腐殖質。他們得到了巨大的皮塔餅。

I usually go to the smash burger in Pelham Manor but this particular night i went to the one in White plains. My experience there was truly horrifying!! When i received my burger the temperature was VERY well done, after i requested a medium. The disturbing element of this event was when i sent my burger back to the kitchen and asked for the correct temperature. The workers made it obnoxiously obvious of their intent to sabotage my burger. They, smirked, they laughed and even gave each other high fives as they prepared my new burger. After i received my second burger, they all watched and smirked as i took my first bite. Needless to say, i was extremely uncomfortable and refused to further eat my burger. I would highly recommend that management do a serious revamping on this location, as i have heard other stories of this location sabotaging food.

Good place to eat.... When not raining Bring cleats when it rains.. Unless you can figure skate. The floors are dangerously slippery when its raining outside. I sat near the entrance, and noticed ALL incoming customers struggling to stay vertical when approaching the counter... Was a mission for everyone to get to their tables without slipping and hurting yourself. Dangerous when wet... Not kidding at all. I cant express how dangerous the place is when its humid or wet outside.. If you make it to your table.. the staff will slide right over to you with your food. (Helps reduce the risk of customers slipping, I guess) I wouldnt have mentioned this if it really wasnt a concern. Good luck.

Terribly understaffed, waited 25 minutes for my burger and fries, burger was ready 5 minutes before fries so by the time I got my meal fries were warm, burger cold and heavily salted. Feel sorry for staff because there is not enough of them to properly service a dinner crowd so you have nothing but frustrated customers blaming the staff and frustrated and unhappy employees who can only do so much. Whoever owns that needs to get in there do the right thing when people dont show for work or staff it properly. Sorry, not going back

Smash Burger falls somewhere between elevated fast food and retro burger restaurant. This location is fairly convenient, plenty of parking. Burgers are thin crispy flattened type, personally I prefer thick and juicy, but these are good too. Plenty of toppings. Regular fries are okay, not a fan of the smashfries found them very oily. The staff is friendly and overall helpful though not too fast. One cannot really get in and out quickly, and during lunch can be tough to get a cleared table. Slightly pricier.

Very tasty burgers, fries, and shakers, like the chains other locations. This one has a convenient location, good parking, and outdoor seating. Front of house service a little slow but food came out very quickly for a Sunday dinner. Tables and floors could have used a wipe-down, but otherwise very clean. Update: demoting to three stars because of quality of french fries (soggy and cold) and wait time on my last visit. Sandwich still delicious.

Great burgers. A little pricey for fast-food, but usually worth it. Fries are good and shoe-string-like. The smash fries are tasty but the added oil with the oily burger can be a bit much. Salads are huge. Shakes/malts are great and come with the extra shake in the metal mixing glass. Service is pretty fast and its nice to not have to clear your dishes. Minimal seating outside, but its right beside a very busy road.

Waited over 15 mins for my order, complained to server & he laughed & walked away. This place isnt fast food by any mess. Then to wait so long only to get a slapped together mess. Doesnt even seem like mgmt is onsite, if there is they dont seem to care. Service gets worse & slower with every visit. Ill start taking my business to wayback from now on.

The service was not good at all and the food was messy Id much rather go to Five Guys. I went in there with high hopes but disappointed the fries were not good at all the burger was messy and fell apart when I took it out of the bag the onion rings were good but hardly worth the price I paid for everything Ill never go back fool me once

Just had Smash Burger for the first time. Didnt expect much as I decided to have lunch here, however, I was greater politely and had a wonderful experience. The food was great, the beverage selection is great, the ambiance does not feel like fast food and it is clean. Surpassed my expectations on all areas. Will be back with friends.

It is a real shame that a place with fairly good food gets completely washed out by the painfully pace of ordering and getting a burger. You have a great location and it gets busy in the evenings.. Hire more staff .. one time it would be one thing... but its every time.. better options around until service issues get rectified

Horrible service from start to finish the girl that took out order litteraly complained about how she needed to do two more shakes. Food always takes for ever to come out and seems like they flip staff faster then they flip burgers. Food is usually good once you get it. But this is by no means a fast food place.

This is my first time at this location but Im still nit impressed with this franchise. Went with my son around noon with hardly any customers there and they got my order wrong twice. First time I gir a chicken sandwich and it waa greasier than the burger. Used 8 napkins to drain the grease. Last time for me. Smh

The burgers are great and the staff is courteous. Ive never placed an order and found out later that the order was incorrect when I got home. The only thing preventing a 5 star rating is the fact this 0lace regularly has a line to the door. Great burger spot, would NOT recommend for a quick in and out bite.

GR8 "slow fast food" place- everything cooked to order. Custom built/menu ordered burgers, chicken sandwiches, smash-fries, milkshakes are all crowd pleasers 4 sure. Juices 4 the kids, good fountain & bottled soft drinks 4 all w a few bottled beers 4 the adults.

Dine in area was seriously frigid ... I like cold, but I lost sensation in my toes ... Ordered four burgers (3kids) ... 3 were good to excellent, 1 was inedibly salty ... Had to remind food delivery person the times about the beer I bought before she delivered it

Probably the best "premium" burger joint in the area. The burgers are great and the fries are up there along with them. Fries are often not given as much attention as their burger counterparts. I feel like Smashburger offers the complete package.

Best burger Ive had. The Spicy Cowboy Smash burger with sweet potato fries. The burger is sweet and spicy with jalapenos bacon and cheese with bbq sauce. A little pricey but worth it.Around $12 for the combo.

Service was excellent friendly quick kind and courteous the food was amazing you can taste the flavor and every bite. And lets not forget about the Oreo shake could always use another one they are so good.
