Good drinks, delicious food, fresh and showing attention to detail. Service was inadequate on a Sunday afternoon at 4::00 (2/26/17) The male server asked several times whether I wanted salt or no salt for my Classic Marguerite. Not a big deal. However, when my husbands entree arrived, mine did not. The server said, " Oops, my fault. I missed that." Yes, unfortunately, you did miss that two adults ordered two entrees. In fact, we discussed several options with you, and I selected the chopped salad that you recommended. We split the entree that was delivered and left, souring what may have otherwise been a satisfying culinary experience.

For a Mexican Restaurant it lacks in many areas. I would have rather gone to Azteca on the Berlin Turnpike. The ambiance is vanilla with no music at all. The dining area is super small and the wait was super long. We had reservations for 7p and didnt get a table until 8:30p. When the food came it was sadly not worth the price or the wait.The portions were small more of a place for trendy eaters. Definitely not a repeat for me.

Great food. Our table had every taco and all agreed carne asada was the best but all were good. Lobster and truffle was very full of meat but lacked on the truffle flavor. Both the flan and churros were so good we ordered another round to go. All the margaritas we had we enjoyed with the favorites being el jefe and cucumber. Will definitely be back.

Food and drinks were incredible! Per manager new policy about not allowing additional people to join the party even if a table of 4 was not full. They said it was because people were waiting, so you are telling me that if I decided to stay for more food and drinks my friends had to eat at the bar. This would never happen in West Hartford.

Love, love their fresh margaritas and lots of fresh taco varieties. Usually get both and share the salsa flight and chips with friends. Great place for dates (either to catch up with friends, girlfriends,....or the romantic variety). Get there early when they open or expect to wait in line.

Sayulita is exceptional! Awesome menu- weve sampled several apps, salads & dinners, enjoying every choice! The bar has excellent margaritas, craft beers & a cool vibe, making the wait for a table enjoyable. The staff is the best, just like my other favorite restaurant, Birch Hill Tavern:)

Taco Tuesday deal is decent; $1 tacos with a variety of choices. Tacos are not big but still good. I really like their fries. They use seasoned curly fries and add some pretty interesting toppings. My favorite is the longanisa fries. Theres a hot Cheetos burrito, if youre into that

The food overall was mediocre and I just dont see the value dining here. At 4-6 dollars per taco, double up the tortillas so you can eat them with your hands. Do yourself a favor and drive to the taco trucks on long wharf instead. Any one of them is a better option that this.

Amazing food, great margaritas, awesome churros! The wait can be a bit long but the food comes pretty quickly and always tastes amazing. The mole enchilada or the enchilada duo with both chicken are my go tos! The tacos are also delicious.

First time here, Sat at the bar with my wife. Food was amazing, margaritas were delicious, service was on point & courteous. Sayulita is 100% better than Bar Taco. However that is the closest comparison to this environment & menu.

Great vibe and even better food. Fun to sit at the bar and take down any of a number of entrees, but be sure to get the queso. Biggest challenge can be the wait times during evenings and weekends since there are no reservations.

One, if not THE one, of the best Mexican restaurant of the area. The fajitas are wonderful, Margaritas are a bit small but pretty good, and as a bonus, they have a very nice terrace.

Great tequila bar. The spiced margaritas are fantastic. Food was great. We had chips with dip and the shrimp quesadillas. Both were delicious. Bartenders were friendly and helpful.

Does not take reservations. U can get a lobster taco thats delish for $5. & other $5 tacos... Ceviche and guacamole are delicious!!!! Funky drinks. Never had a bad meal.

The Sayulita Salad was excellent, as was everything (OMG gourmet tacos) except tamale... A bit dry. Extra Salsa helped. Ancho Fudge Pie was wonderful. Love this place.
