I live right around the corner from BWW. The first few times I ate there the food and service were good. These last 2 times within a months span have been TERRIBLE. I called ahead to order a snack size honey mustard boneless wings and said I would pick it up in an hour after my shift at work. An hour later, I go in and the woman at the take out desk said my food was not ready (I had also paid ahead of time). 30 minutes later, I am still waiting and was THEN informed my food was lost in the system and they had never made it. I received nothing in return for the failure of having my food very late. The most recent time I went was to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, thinking it would be nice to chat and still be able to have him watch sports after work. The restaurant was not crowded, we were seated immediately. We ordered the app of chips and that came out in 10 minutes. We waited, and waited and waited a whole HOUR and our meals were still not there. There was a table of 6 men behind us who sat down long after us and received their food. The waitress then comes over and informs us it was lost in the system. I tell her that this is the second occurrence, she reassures us and says the food will be right out and the manager will speak to us. We receive our food 15 minutes later and the manager still has not come over. As we finish our meals the manager explains how it mustve been some confusion and that she will take care of us. The food was decent, but my fries were cold. The manager took care of our meal since we waited over 1 hour and 30 minutes for our meals. I do not recommend going to Buffalo Wild Wings in Wethersfield and will not be returning myself.

Went for the first time yesterday to this establishment, but have been to others. Busy, but its Saturday night at 6pm. Sat down and waited about 10 minutes for our waiter. Ordered everything at once. About 10 minutes later I needed another beer my waiter was running around, but never came back even after I flagged him down. 20 minutes pass... Food arrives, but Im missing my mini corn dogs, fries and all my dipping sauces. I figure I can wait, but I also dont have Napkins and my wife doesnt have silverware. Literally wait about 5 minutes for my waiter he is nowhere to be found. Flag down a passing waitress and she brings me 2 forks and a napkins. My beer is still empty... My wifes salad is wilted and brown on the ends... I still dont have any of my missing items and my beer is still empty. I finally flag a manager and express my frustration. She comps the whole meal, brings me a fresh beer, but I still dont have dipping sauces, mini corn dogs, or my fries. We finish our meals and walk out. Never going back.

After three consecutive bad experiences, I would recommend against ordering take-out (phone or internet) at this location. Various items were left out of each order (french fries, celery/carrot sticks, etc.) In one case the top was missing from the salsa which spilled over the tortilla chips. Also, we opened the wing containers to find boneless wings, even though the online order clearly specified traditional. This was especially disappointing to me as I try to stay away from processed chicken. Of course, we were charged for everything, missing or not.

The management doesnt seem to break up the sections well/ever have enough servers on the floors. Just about every single time weve gone, the service is incredibly slow but it always seems like thats because our waitress/waiter had just gotten seated 1 minute before and then their section gets seated again 3 seconds after we put in our drink order. The food is always good but I wouldnt recommend going here if youre in a rush or need to be back out the door within an hour.

A group of us came to b-dubs after a church service. Our waiter/servers name was Mateo and he was awesome. He was pleasant and friendly. When one of our meals was cold, he did not hesitate to get us a new order of wings. Our food was delicious and even though we closed out the place, they werent rude about us being there to closing. Will definitely be back again. Bonus is we returned all our pens back to him and he was happy about it.

Has gone so far down hill over the year. Feel like food just isnt the same. Got cheese curds tonight - less than half of what they used to give you (and they seemed different) for the same price. Forgot to give us the sauce and carrot sticks/celery sticks. Overall such a sad experience - really need to find a new place for wings on a whim after a long work day!

The food is good when you have a craving for bar style food, nice choice of wing sauce flavors as well. Service is so-so, had more bad experiences than good with wait staff getting orders wrong, taking 45 minutes to bring us our drinks etc. but its a Wild Wings, cant expect too much from it.

My husband and I always go to this location. Great food and nice staff. Today, we had a very friendly and plasent host. Her name is Natalie, very nice girl. She was very attentive and when she did not have a customer, was cleaning and moving very fast. I really like the service, I had today.

Arrived after the dinner rush at 7:15 and got seated within minutes. Sat for another 45 before our drinks arrived and our order was taken. Arrived missing fries, beer had a broken glass, and the manager took another 10 minutes to get it off the bill. Take out is the way to go.

The traditional (bone-in) chicken wings are good and there are plenty of dry and wet rubs to suit your mood in taste, however, the restaurant is very loud, I cant state this hard enough. It was an unpleasant experience trying to hold a conversation with loud music playing.

Food is okay but the service here is absolutely terrible. Stay the hell away if there is any sort of major sporting event going on, management has not figured out how to handle it. Just ridiculously disrespectful to their customers paying for the overpriced food.

This is the 2nd and last time we will be coming to Buffalo Wild Wings Wethersfield. It was not busy and it took WAY too long to get our food & bar drinks. The only positive was our waitress Heather. She was very attentive and apologetic.

Tuesday night is half price bone in wings, and the parmesan garlic and lemon pepper wings with cooked exactly how I ordered them, well done and extra crispy, and the chicken tacos are very delicious
