This BK has some serious problems. Less clean than the nearby McDonalds or Wendys, slower service, and an uncanny aptitude for getting your order wrong, or with cold food, or sometimes both! Used to be the best of the fast food joints on Elm Street, but high turnover has killed their customer service.
