The food was decent, but the wait staff was awful. We were seated quickly enough, but after we got our drinks we waited over half an hour before we had to get up and grab someone to take our food order. Their excuse was that they thought someone else was doing it. We got our food fairly quickly after that, but we then waited over 45 min after finishing our food get the check, and again, we had to flag someone down to get it, literally waving our arms after we had been walked past over 5 times. Very inattentive staff, no real apologies for the wait, just excuses. There were only two other groups there! Food was mediocre, but the naan bread basket was a good deal.

First off.. the food is truly delicious. Great use of spices without being overpowering or too hot (I LOVE spicy.) The prices are a bit on the higher side but in this case youre getting what you pay for. When my wife and I order we typically get 2 entrees and an order of naan and a mango lassi. They always bring 2 lassi for us and they frequently bring us a small dessert to share without charging us.. This is a very nice restaurant with a respectful and caring staff. Ill gladly pay a few extra bucks to eat this well and get treated so nicely, please visit and enjoy!

My husband and I moved to Virginia, but we always love eating at this restaurant whenever were back in town. The food, atmosphere, and service is wonderful. They ask you how mild or spicy you want your food if youre worried about spice, and we also received complimentary mango lassis and dessert, both delicious. If youre going to try Indian, this would be the perfect spot. I recommend trying the Rogan Josh! It is a little bit pricey though, so dont be too surprised. The price is well worth the food.

This place was great!! The staff was highly attentive to our needs. They suggested things we should try from the menu and allowed us to taste different things. The food was also AMAZING! I did see alot of people who are of Indian origin in there so I know the food must be authentic. We have gone back many times since and nothing has changed! Indian food is always somewhat pricey but here I felt like I got my moneys worth. We were treated like royalty and tasted many dishes for the price of two.

“Amazing dinner experience, great service. Must visit place!” I was there with my friends and other people from our company few times. Every time I had dinner, I totally enjoyed the quality of food, drinks, friendly service, place itself. Amazing, that sometimes the owner works as the waiter and serves you perfectly with detailed explanations about the food, etc. this is the place you should visit for sure if you are looking for the good Indian food with unique interior and great service.

We are from Louisiana and were just passing through town on work and were hungry. After a quick Google search we walked in right at 3 when buffet was supposed to be over and they welcomed us in anyway. The staff was so kind and wonderful and the food was delicious. Especially the chicken and lamb were superb. Some dishes were spicier than others, but none were bland by any means. Cant say enough about the wonderful service! Would definitely recommend and hope to be back myself some time.

Ive eaten a lot of Tikka masala at many restaurants in several different states, and what they make here is reeeally weird. Tastes kind of sweet and nutty? I love sweet food, but not in curry. Same deal with the butter chicken. And the korma doesnt have much flavor. Yes, it was ordered mild, but even mild should have some taste. And 2 gulab jamun for $4? What is that? What kind of restaurant only gives you 2 no matter what they charge? Naan was fine though, pretty decent.

Ive been here 2 times for take out. Both times it was over priced and the food was sub-par. The last time I went I called in an order. They told me it would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 20 minutes and had to wait an additional 20 minutes to pick up the food. I was the only customer to go through the door in that 20 minute period which was a little weird especially at 6:00 in the evening. I will not be back. Next time I will try the Thai place by Whole Foods.

Maybe we caught you on a bad night, but the food wasnt good. The Chicken Tikka Masala had a strange flavor and the Kheer was unrecognizable. It had very little flavor and the consistency was gloopey. The chicken Pakoras reminded me of chicken fingers, totally lacking in flavor. The portions seemed small too for the price. This was the second time eating there, the first time was decent, this time was not.

After a long day of hard work if we crave for some excellent Indian food we definitely call Bollywood Grill.. The malai Kabab was one of the best that I have tasted and the goat curry is excellent as well.. They best part is being in Glastonbury they deliver the food home as well.. Definitely our goto place for excellent Indian food in Glastonbury..

After having some terrific Indian cuisine down in the city (NYC) I had the want for more so I gave Bollywood here in town a try for the first time. Fantastic!! The food was fresh and delicious and all the staff at the place were great!! I highly recommend this place!! Great food, great people, great experience!! :)

Pretty much the only Indian place we eat at, plus they deliver in Glastonbury unlike pretty much every other place! They have delicious meals and an amazing lunch buffet for an even better price, PLUS they have a banquet room off the side thats huge and really nice!

LOVE this place!! Theyre so kind. There are so many options, you could eat here for a whole year and have something different! (exaggeration) But really, the food is amazing. The service is amazing. The prices arent bad. Very glad we discovered this place :)

This is, far and away, the best Indian food I have had in Connecticut. I drive about 35 minutes out of my way, and past many other options to come to Bollywood Grill. The people are nice and the food is very tasty. High marks all around.
