I go to various Chipotles probably 4 times a week. I frequented the Newington, Manchester, Warwick and others, and the service has always been great. The Enfield location not so much. Aside from the inattentive work behind the counter, the sloppiness of the meal prep, and lack of listening, this would not be a bad place. The set up is nice. Watching as I order my food, I can see why some Chipotles get shut down for people getting sick. A piece of chicken fell off my bowl, the girl without hesitation reached for it on the counter and put it right back in my bowl. I also watched the previous customers meal prep, the girl scooped up pinto beans, over filling spoon, as the juices clearly spilled into the black beans, which is disgusting and I believe pinto beans has pork in it, so if your diet can not have swine, well youre getting it with a bowl of mixed pinto and black been. I didnt ask for lettuce, but I got some anyway. I asked for extra mild salsa, and I got a dumbfounded look back, as she scooped a spoon full of water and salsa into my bowl, sweet I now have a soggy bowl of wet rice. There is no authority figure in this location, not one I can differentiate from the rest, or like most other places, he/she might be hiding in an office. This location is a perfect example of "the animals running the zoo." After four really bad experiences here, Im done. Ah man, Ill have to go to Moes.

Eaten here a couple times. Once in house and another through online ordering. I was super disappointed tonight (online ordering), Chipotle is like a cheat for me. Babacoa is a serious weakness, so when I get it I get allllllll the fixins. Tonight I ordered the salad bowl, complete with fajita veggies and rice. When we brought our dinner home, it had neither. I ate my salad bowl because either way its barbacoa and either way its delicious.. but Im still sad. Couldnt call to drop a line about it because they were on the verge of closing for the night. All I ask is that you pay more attention, this could be someones "indulge" night that you ruined ):

The restaurant was busy and looked pretty clean. I ordered the vegetarian Burrito Bowl . It looked good. Service was fast and efficient. I get home to eat and all i could taste was cilantro. It even flavored the lettuce. There was no lime flavor, no black beans no anything just cilantro. So if you like eating a cilantro bush stop by. I know I wont ever again.

The food is healthy and fresh. It feels like you are eating in a garage which includes the temperature!! It was 58° in there today but it is always very cold. When I have brought it up to management, their remark was, "it is warm behind the counter where they are working." I fetch that I should have asked for a lube and a brake job!!

Still the most reliable destination for fresh, authentic vegetarian / vegan meals away from home. It would be nice if they had smaller portion options for reduced prices. Avocados dont do well as in "doggy bags."

I ordered the rice bowl with chicken. The chicken was a little hot. Overall the food was good . I did order the chips with the meal. the chips were super hard and no lime flavor at all. But the service was great

Im currently standing in line. Ive been standing in line behind 10 people for almoat 10 minutes. Ive been to a lot of chipotles and ivr never seen such slow service. Food is good.

I have always enjoyed Chipotle food and this one is no exception. The staff is competent, fast, and always friendly. Its easy on and off 91 if you need to grab a quick bite to eat.

A good quick bite restaurant. Have tried the veggie bowl and the bowl with tofu. Veggie bowl comes with free guaca dip while tofu is loaded with protiens. But no free dip.
