I LOVE starbucks - but this location in particular is AWFUL. Let me give you a few examples. #1 I was in there this past weekend and the barista (who is ridiculously slow) put a drink out and called what it was. The woman comes, picks it up, goes outside and comes back in - she was like "this isnt what I ordered" - So the barista looks at it and says, "OHH, this is a _____ coffee - this is for him," and she points to a man waiting in line. Shes like "sir, your drink is ready." - YEAH - AFTER another customer drank out of it!! He was like "i dont want that, someone already drank it" and she got all offended and was like "oh, well, I didnt know " (the lipstick on teh cup would have been a good indication!" #2 - I was in line in the morning - they must have known the customer behind me because they called his drink to the barista, then called him in front of me to pay!! What is the purpose of a line if you are going to just let people bypass it! #3 the lines here are awful, the staff is completely unorganized. I love starbucks, just not this one!

Good experience overall. I like studying here and chilling with friends. Wish their was a more mom and pop type coffee house in the area...its non-existent. Been here a ton of times only a few of the staff are friendly. Too cold in the store, AC is running in the wintertime. I have to wear a long sleeve shirt in the summertime inside. Make the place more bearable to sit down in and not freeze. Ummm...prices went up. Like why??? Likes its not too expensive already.

Great service. The barista was friendly and recommended the praline winter special drink - which was on point! I usally never stray from the peppermint mocha. She said if I didnt like it I could get my usual, which allowed me to break out of my comfort zone! Needless to say, they did not need to make me a new one because the recommendation was so good!

Lady that took my order was snippy, maybe a long day for her. Well we got our coffee and Coffee was good. When sitting drinking our lattes the lady that took my order was filling the milk dispener and dropped the cap. She picked up the cap from the dirty nasty floor and put it back on the milk carton. Umm WTF! Some New Training is required here!

This loc is hit or miss, drive thru would be much better here. Im used to a consistent barista experience but here they can be either really short with your or really nice. Drink timing varies too for no discernable reason. Accustomed to wait time being dependent on amount of customers but sometimes it just takes forever with no one there.

I was having trouble with the app the staff was extremely helpful. Seeing how I do not know how to use the phone well enough to navigate the app. At least 3 different staff members helped me . All were very helpful and friendly. Fits latte Ive had and by golly its delicious. So 5 stars .

The Food was very good. The restaurant is lovely. The service started out fine but as the bar area (where we dined) got more crowded, I felt like we were rushed out. The bartender asked us 3 times if we were ready to settle our bill.
