Born & raised on LI. Been in Orlando FL for 25+ years. Passing through Wethersfield visiting friends for the Memorial Day weekend. Stopped at the Main St Creamery for a good ole New England vanilla malted. Expectations exceeded!!! Proprietor treated my wife and I because of the wait time....thought I won the lottery! Miss living in the northeast.

Love this place! Been too so many creameries and this one, while not offering ice cream made on premises, offers great selection and quality for solid value. Staff was excellent in service and information. Great decor including polaroids of kids all over the ceiling. The perfect small ice creamery for families and friends!

This is a great small town ice cream shop. They have a good selection of very good ice cream and reasonable prices. The location is great in the historic center of Wethersfield. They also have outside seating which is great on a hot day. I can recommend the Espresso Oreo ice cream. Cash only, but they have an ATM.

Love this place! They have an awesome variety of flavors and they arent skimpy on their portions like some places have gotten. I also love the fact that they know how to dip a cone in sprinkles, the way it should be done! The building is really cool too, very kid friendly and the people are always very nice!

I ordered the peanut butter sundae and it was VERY good. The ice cream is home made and really creamy. Paula, the owner is also very friendly and helped made our outting to Wethersfield super enjoyable! We will definitely be back to try the home made pot pie and macaroni & cheese!

Its not the best ice cream around, but its good and the location is the best. Right in the heart of Old Wethersfield. Its always bustling with families and there is always a familiar face. The kids absolutely love it. Its easy to take an walk around down town as well.

Great hard ice cream. I get the fluffernutter sundae. Peanut Butter cup swirl ice cream with marshmallow, PB sauce, and whipped cream. Delicious. Then head down the street to the Cove for a nice walk.
