I have excellent vision and cannot believe the ridiculously SMALL print on the flyer they put out in the newspaper this week!!! I grabbed a magnifying glass to see if I could read the print any better with that tool. No way. I cannot imagine what people with even slight eye problems must have thought trying to read the fine print. Never mind trying to figure it out if you have seriously challenged eyesight. Makes you wonder why they need to make the print so small. What are they trying to hide? What really irritates me is that there is a small box that seems to have the handicap wheelchair symbol.... that print is so incredibly small that it feels like a slam to those who are disabled: whatever they have to say it is so unimportant to Sonic that the font size is reduced to .01. They clearly dont want to meet the needs of those with disabilities. Something is apparently rather important, too, because the font color is changed to red. So like when you get there and they dont cater to your need, they can say ~ hey, we even printed it in red so youd notice.... if you could read it, of course. Sorry, I wont be taking my business there!

Sonic is a good place for a unique experience and a good meal. Pros - 1. good food, fast service, 2. Novel experience (car hops!), 3. The car hops are super friendly and service-minded. Cons - 1 Menu is poorly placed so it is hard to read for 3-row seating cars; 2. The microphone at the kiosk is very bad so you have to repeat most items 2-3 times for the attendant to hear your order. This also leads to frequent mistakes which the car hop has to fix. 3. PET PEEVE - When your order is placed you are prompted to pay at the car-side kiosk. If you use a credit card or ATM card you are not given an option to tip. This leaves you scrambling for cash to tip when the food is brought out (in fact the car hop was surprised when we called her back out to tip her once we found enough cash - she said many people just drive away). When there is personal service there should be an easy way to tip! Overall a good value for good food and a novel back in time experience.

Went to Sonic with my sister in Manchester. Was excited to go. Needless to say they got our order completely wrong including making us wait. The food was unacceptable. Tasted like cardboard. As well as the order being incorrect and charging us for a meduim and wanting a large. They rerang us for a large. Did nothig for our inconvenience. Made us feel as though it was our fault. When we ordered correct. The Manger has a smart, ruder disrespectful attitude and mouth. Young punk! Could of went to Chillis, Friendlys, or Wendys and recieved better food and especially service. Realized they just opened but damn what happen to taking care of unsatisfied customers. If it werent for customers they wouldnt be in business. We pay for them to be in business and have jobs. The Owner and Manager in Manchester is rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful and has no idea of how to take care of customers. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

Always get what I expect - some fried/fatty fast food to cure the craving! Appreciate car delivery even more now that we have a kid. I just wish this location would stop asking "who do I have the pleasure of speaking with?" Its fast food, I dont need you to know me by name. We had to hit the button a second time to ask for an extra cup and they asked us the same question again - the only benefit to telling them my name is that they would know who I am if I hit the button a second time, but they didnt, so this kind of defeats the purpose, right? Also, Im sure employees arent big fans of it when a load of kids shows up and gives a dumb fake name.

The last 4 times in a row I have been to this sonic with my bf, the experience has not been good. They always have either a slushy or milkshake machine not working, so we cant get what we specifically came to sonic for. We always have to wait 20+ minutes to get our order. Last night we waited about 30 min for a milkshake order to be fixed since they gave us the wrong milkshake. Nothing was offered to us for having to wait so long for our order to be fixed. The employees are nice but they are obviously overwhelmed and under trained. I have worked in fast casual restaurant management for years and have been disappointed in all of our visits here.

This place sucks... We tried the park and order display but after waiting for five minutes they still hasnt taken our order and kept telling us to wait. Finally after I heard the car next to us complain that they have been waiting for 20 minutes and finally got an order that was totally wrong we decided to try the drive through. After waiting in line for 15 minutes we got one of the worst shakes Ive ever had. And it was $5 So not even good value. We threw it away after two bites. Next time if I want some fake ice cream I would just spend two minutes going to McDonalds instead of this half hour debacle.

I went there only because my friend is a Hot Dog lover and he just wanted so much to try their assortment of dogs ,it was quite a different experience for me ,,, I am use to eating either in a restaurant or I would grab a take out order,instead we ate out side and mind you its not summer and at the same time there isnt any trees to block the wind ,But Sonic has that all mapped out for you with there over head heaters that blows unlimited heat ,The hot dogs were great the service was very welcoming and truth be told ; I now think I can love Hot dogs along with my BF!!!!!

SLOW(extremely) AND RUDE SERVICE.Im doing this review in line...this line is outragous as always elect a 15 to 30 mins wait time in drive through. Also once you get in line you can not leave the curb blocks you in forcing you to stay which would be fine if there was FAST AND FRIENDLY SERVICE, often hoodlums how cant skate let alone offer a FRIENDLY tone , I go here often but after I get my food now I will not be returning . THIS VISIT HAS BEEN 32 MINS ALREAY AND I JUST ORDERED

Food is good, but theyve gotten my order wrong multiple times. And its not like its anything complicated. Also, not sure if the staff is just plain stupid or if its mismanaged or what, but on several occasions, Ive had to wait at least 30 minutes to get my food. Even through the drive-thru. What kind of drive-thru takes 30+ minutes? Also, their Texas Toast is literally just white bread with butter on it. Very bad. Dont order it.

I have been going to Sonic for maybe 15 years! First in Phoenix, then moved to Florida and 1 opened here. Take my grandkids when I visit in Connecticut, too. Cherry Limeade is by far my favorite drink on the planet. Fresh limes in the bottom of every drink. Tart - not sickeningly sweet - just hits the spot on a hot day. Its my special treat on my day off when I can go between 2pm and 4pm for 1/2 off - 44 oz is about $1.20.
