First of all they do not even deserve the one star but i need to post this review. Last night was the worst experience I had with pizza Hut on Broad Street. I do not even want to give them any stars. First off I ordered food at 6:30 p.m. the e.t.a. was about an hour. I ordered two large pizzas and two orders of boneless wings. Then about an hour and 15 minutes goes by so I decided to call because it was 15 minutes over my delivery time, I wanted to make sure everything was okay with my order. The kid of the phone was very apologetic and said they were very busy and the order had left and was on its way. Now I understand the day after a holiday its going to he busy. Personally being in the restaurant business for almost 15 years I understand. So another 15 minutes goes but now its an hour and a half after my order was placed. Finally 30 minutes after that the delivery came. So the food was delivered at 8:30. He didnt apologize, nothing...just "you got a pen?". I was furious, I didnt even want to tip him. But I did anyways. Took the food went in my house. Both pizza boxes COMPLETELY smashed. The cheese was all stuck to the top of the box. I asked for pepperoni and mushrooms on one pizza there was almost no toppings. The two containers for the wings were smashed as well. The sauces were all over the bag. And to top it all off the food was cold. Not even luke warm...COLD! Now I didnt even bother calling the store because I have done that in the past and the manager says, "oh we can give you a store credit!" Well I DO NOT WANT A STORE CREDIT I WANT A REFUND!!!! I am so sick of hearing that. I will never order from this place again. They have lost good business. I never like posting reviews online but they had really pushed me over the edge this time. And again I didnt call because Im sick of hearing theyll give me a store credit. I do not want the ridiculous credit. I am so mad and so done ordering from there!!!

I order from pizza hut because I want pizza hut. I dont expect gourmet anything, as such, Ive never been disappointed in terms of quality. The service, however, I dont understand. I just ordered delivery to my condo. The driver called me instead of knocking (which is fine), I told her I would be right there to open the door. I open the door to find her sitting in her car staring at me. She proceeded to put her hands up and shrug as if I was supposed to walk barefoot to her car in the road to accept the delivery. Im not above trying to make peoples jobs easier, but, I ordered delivery and I have no shoes on. Once she got the idea, she walked to my door and proceeded to passively aggressively ask if I knew it was snowing and cold. I responded in turn by saying I did, I just drove home in it, which is why I ordered food for delivery. Im more confused then mad, but, I wont be ordering from here anymore. I dont want to inconvenience the staff any further.

Their pizzas are pretty good and they do have courteous staff manning the front desk. Its their poor operations management that leaves me frustrated. I once had to wait for 70 minutes for a large pizza pickup because a driver had crashed. Maybe that was a one-off incident. But I then again had to leave a home full of party guests waiting for 50 minutes because this store couldnt deliver the party order. I am sad to say, I wont go there again anytime soon.

Service is ass. $5 flavor menus online only and it took 2 hours for them to start my order. Why encourage people to order online if your not gonna prosses thir orders. And then the guy on the phone had an attitude with me asking if I still wanted my food.

Had an all around great experience ordering from here. The person who answered my call, took my order, and delivered my pizzas all acted professionally. Gotta give credit where credit is due. I gave this place a chance and it worked out great!

Worst place to order from they took over 1 hours. And after all the waiting . Pizza was cold and hard, no taste . And they even deliver the wrong pizza and was not what I order. Im dont with this. After I spend for it.

Quick, friendly staff and the quality you expect. They were out of the personal pans my wife and I ordered, but were quick to make it right with a whole pizza with split toppings. This place is carry out/ delivery only.

Unfortunately, I have to report this instance! I found a long, black hair on my pizza!!! That is disgusting!!! I will never order from this Pizza Hut again! (Broad Street in Manchester!!) I will post pictures soon!

1st of all they are not answering the phone so you have to go in then when you do get your food its not put together right then she gave it to me with sause all over the box these ppl are not friendly or clean

We placed an order at 420pm today with an expected delivery time of 450. The pizza was delivered cold at 550pm. Need I say more? Not the level of service I am looking for.

I received the pizza much later than the estimated time at pick-up, and it had a strand of hair in it. Dont go here if youre cautious about how your food is handled.

My boyfriend ordered Pizza Hut last night, the $10 deal, and I have 2 say the bread sticks and cinnimon sticks was soo good lol.. I just wish everything wasnt cold.
