2 out of 10 times my food is right. When I called to complain they hung up on me. Called back a few times but then they took the phone of the hook. I had them remake my chicken quesadilla three times and even after the third one it was still missing chicken and the tortilla was again burnt. The next day, nasty food in hand, they refused to replace my order. I have always thought chicken quesadillas came with chicken and shouldnt taste like charcoal. Worst place ever!

I went to the drive through on 1/20/16 and was told i couldnt have two seperate orders for one vehicle. which i have done in this location Before. the young man working that afternoon was rude. He didnt explain why we couldnt have two separate orders . plus i went to a different location. Which was extremely better !!! i wouldnt recommnend anyone to go to this location

Bad coustomer service every single time something is missing in my order ... Employees need to be retrained poor coustomer service even if they know they make the mistake in you order or completely forgot some Need to follow McDonalds example if the coustomer is not happy they reward you with something just to keep the coustomer happy.....TAKE NOTES TACOBELL

They never get the order right!! They rush to prep the food so its sloppy and all over the place, the tacos fall apart when you open it. And never what you ask for. Dont recommend this place. Needs to get rid of careless employees & hire people who actually value their pay ✔.

Reasonably priced. Several vegetarian options (ie, anything ordered "fresco" made without cheese & sour cream). Would love to see option to replace white rice with brown rice or upgrade to quinoa! Would also love to see 100% whole wheat wraps available.

Your normal taco bell deliciousness, service was a little slow. I actually thought they forgot about my food. They gave me my drink and disappeared for 5 min. Hence the 4 stars.
