Floors, tables, chairs, booths, doors in and out everything very dirty. Manager on duty on his phone, needed to clean off his uniform and the resturaunt. Legit leaning against the counter on and off his phone multiple times in front of more than just us other customers as well. Other employees behind the counter in half uniform also gave one of us the wrong size burger. Dude with the beard try to tell me it was cuz of the new guy who was cooking, didnt offer any type of compensation because he said we got the bigger one when it really didnt seem like it. Then i thought in my head this guy dosent care about food cost obviously because he didnt say anything to him and went back on his phone. They get 1 star cause the fries were hot and the best part of the meal. Pretty sure while we were finishing up eating, the bearded guy made himself a shake. Use to come here every week. I really hope someone who is this actually matters to reads this and sees how busy this day was and see if they have a legitimate excuse for how disgusting that restaurant was. Every time we come its gotten worse. Legit disappointed, may or may not try Enfield location.

First time going. Ordered buffalo blue cheese burger and could hardly taste the buffalo sauce. Boyfriend ordered the baja one and also couldnt taste the sauce. The bun was nice but honestly the price doesnt justify it for me. I mean McDonalds is right down the street and for the price of one burger I could get a whole meal. Granted, it wouldnt have buffalo sauce and blue cheese but since it didnt really taste like there was buffalo sauce (the blue cheese was apparent) then its apples to apples. I also feel this is that weird in-between of a sit-down restaurant and a fast food joint. It works for Chik-fil-A but it just didnt work for me here, maybe because I was still stuck on the price. Fries were good though. On a note other than food; the servers were catty. In summary: high prices, weird atmosphere, catty servers but good bun and good fries = 2 stars. I would give this another chance ONLY to try out their shakes, have more fries, and see if the servers in the day time are more friendly. No more burgers for me from this joint.

I have visited this location nearly a dozen times, very few times have i had a completely positive experience. 3 of those times my order was not correct and the friends i have brought there have received incorrect orders as well. The line cooks are almost on auto pilot and i bet frequently turn out incorrectly made sandwiches. However, today i have had enough, placing a to-go order only to stand in line for 23 min while i watched my food sit under a heat lamp in a bag get cold. completely un-expectable, i do not enjoy paying for cold food. there was plenty of employees on staff, but only one register open. you will not find me at this restaurant again it has received three strikes in my book, Burger Fi offers very good burgers at a similar price point, and there are many other good places to eat in the area. i strongly consider looking at all of your options in the area before deciding to eat at SmashBurger. Pretty disappointed with this place. Figured wed try it out for lunch, ordered online to save us the time waiting in store. Order was ready in good time, food seemed to be OK. Got it back to the office and thats when it went downhill. The entree salad was the size of a side salad, and didnt come with any dressing. No problem, Ill just call and ask if I can come get it. Call the number on the confirmation email, that number is not in service. Look them up online, the number listed is different from the confirmation email but also not in service. The burger was decent, but nothing to write home about. We ordered the signature "smash fries" which werent bad flavor-wise, but they were more like thin straws than fries. Was hoping for a new lunch spot, but I guess this wont be it.

I love this place - easy to get a quick bite of practically gourmet comfort food. I always get the black bean smashburger with spinace, cucumbers, goat cheese and balsamic drizzle. My husband gets whatever beef burger he is in the mood for (always on a very yummy gluten free bun) and we share the Smash Fries which have herbed oil drizzled over string fries (from a GF safe dedicated fryer)....sooo yummy! I indulge in a very reasonably priced beer, while husband gets a rich shake (great flavors like pnut butter or salted carmel). All-in-all its great quality food for the price. Also, most of the time the customer service at this location is excellent (they seem knowledgeable, friendly - serve your food when its ready and collect baskets when you are done).

Simple menu, higher priced burgers and fries. Two regular sized (the smaller option) burgers with fries came out to $15- no drinks. Good Atmosphere, there was a steady stream of people through the door but no lines or waiting. The employees were high spirited and friendly. This is a new restaurant in town, and it looked like everyone was getting coupons to come back. There is a lot of higher end burger restaurants in the area with more under construction. Overall good experience, fast friendly service and good tasting food.

I use to come here for lunch waited for 30 for a burger and fries. I sat there and watch the manager throu out at least 5 orders of fries. . This place is run very poorly. I could go to friendlys for almost the same thing and sit down and be served quicker then what shold be a fast food dining place.. the person send out orders had no idea what she was doing and by the time the manager stepped in. The were about 30 behind. They need more managers or better trained people. Or both. I will not be comming here again

It was absolutely perfect when the mess up your order they give you four coupons and then put the stuff you want on the burger and then you 2 more coupons for being a customer their fries are perfect and their burgers and sometimes you get a free meal my mom and I loved it and they had perfect customer service also their salads are marvelous and your order gets their fast it is fun dinning in

I liked this place. The service was on point. Even though you order and pay for your food at the counter like a fast food place, they bring the food to your table and check on you while your eating to see if you need anything. :) The milkshake was great. Food was okay. The fries were the weak point, in my opinion. I prefer large cut fries, but these were tiny, like a hash.

My family and I love this place. Their French fries are the best and I love that they have the option for a gluten-free bun. The staff are always friendly and even with a complicated order they have always gotten everything correct. This is by far our favorite local burger place.

I dont think the burgers quality is worth $7. It feels cheap like McDonalds or Steak n Shake. Also the buffalo fries are way too salty and they were like eating a spoon of salt every bite. This isnt gourmet burger at all. Gordon Ramsey would spit it out and call it dog shite.
