Cashier was helpful and friendly. Nobody after her cared one bit. Dined in, got half our order, has to ask for the rest. They remade it, then forgot about us again. Went up again, had to point out my burger and ask where the fries were. No milkshakes at 7pm, apparently there were by 7:30 as someone nearby got their shake before my wife got her burger, the one I had to forage for. The burgers themselves were medium quality, not terrible but Ive had better at every other comparable place. 75 minutes of my life I want back.

I only sat waiting for roughly 15 minutes after two customers got their orders after asking to see whats going on. I waited because I wanted to see how long it will take to notice food sitting without anyone calling it out and two customers sitting down with no food or drinks in front of them. Dont waste your time on the burgers never mind the service. McDonalds might just have you beat on size of patty and even size of bun. Just go to five guys up the road and save half the money for double the food

Visited opening day last wednesday for takeout & the staff was friendly & the line was a little long though worth the wait of 15 minutes. Had a coupon for a free side with a entree purchased. U could only use the coupon for walkin only. That is the only reason for 4 out of 5 stars. Why do u have to wait a extra 5 to 10 minutes to use a coupon in person? Had the grilled chicken sandwich with a coupon for a free side of large fries. Thre fries are cut thin. I wont penalize a star for thin cut

Very much like five guys. Portions are slightly smaller than five guys and the food isnt as greasy and heavy. I prefer the thin crispy fries they have at smashburger over the five guys ones. Lots of variety with sides/ fries and you have the option of chicken sandwiches. Smash and five guys are the go to fast food burger joints.

I found that the burger was not big but let me tell you was I wrong great flavor and super onion rings and very very filling and the malt shake absolutely delicious . I will definitely be returning Back to Smashburger in the near future.

Nice layout. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Prices are *slightly* lower than 5 guys. Really good burgers. Fries were...meh. Id certainly come back when I was in the area and Id recommend giving it a chance.

Id rank it higher than five guys right now, but on the same scale. Ordered a regular burger with cheddar, bacon, and a fried egg. Came without the bacon but they quickly brought it out as a side. Those things happen!
