I have been coming here about every other month since it opened. At the beginning it was great. Service and food were wonderful. After my last visit, I am not sure if I will be returning. I came here with my wife on a Wednesday evening around 9:00. There was no line ahead of us. The cashier taking the order initially did not look up from her phone which she was leaning over and typing on. I said hello and she looked at me with no response. I asked if I could place my order and she nodded. My wife placed her order and we went to the side counter to wait for our food. A few groups of people entered while we were waiting and the back of house went into some sort of chaos. There seemed to be one worker who knew what he was doing but he had no support from anyone else. At one point the cashier who took the order even walked by the person and clipped him without acknowledging it. The food took 20 minutes to come out. During that time I noticed that they had precooked burgers that were being given to customers. Some of those burgers were sitting there at least for as long as I was there. The food ended up being alright but the disrespectful staff and the absurd wait for a fast food chicken sandwich rubbed me the wrong way.

What you need to get: Shack Stack Shroom Burger Tips: Shackcago - Serious let down. I can get a better dog from Costco. Cheese fries vs. Fries: If you prefer crisp and crunch in your crinkle-cut fries, get the regular fries. They are perfectly crispy, and not oily at all. The cheese fries make the fries soggy and feel kind of oily and heavy. Frozen custards are milkshakes. If youre on the fence between frozen custards vs. concretes, definitely get the concrete. You can have mix-ins, and create your own blend of concrete. The favorites: Cheesecake Blondie/Stawberry puree (design your own) Hopscotch - Not too heavy or sweet as youd think. The bits of toffee were really great surprises in your mouth. You can also get refills on DRINKS. Go get em!

We have been wanting to visit a Shake Shack for a long while, based on reviews, and just happened by this one on a Friday night. What a bungled mess of a restaurant. They were extremely busy, we waited over 30 minutes to order and receive our food for carry out. The kitchen messed up several orders ahead of us and ours included. We ordered the cheeseburger and the mushroom burger, fries, a chocolate and a vanilla milkshake. The burgers were a complete disappointment (the bun was the best thing about it), as were the fries, and the vanilla milkshake tasted like the artificial ice cream that has all the fillers- ick. There are several other burger chains that are MUCH better. Sadly, a big disappointment.

Ive said it before (at another shake shack) and Ill say it again: the veggie burger is a mushroom filled with cheese and deep fried. Mushroom=great; anything filled with cheese=great; deep fried=great. I really should invest in a fryer so I can make these at home. But that will be no good for my waste-line.... The cheese fries are also really good. Good ratio, good cheese. We split a chocolate shake and it was almost like dark chocolate and very thick which we both loved. He got a double smokehouse and said it almost reminded him of what he gets at in-and-out burger. Almost. Staff were quick and the place was clean.

The price is stupid for the tiny amount of food first of all. I got the chicken sandwich which says it has pickles, herb mayonnaise, and lettuce. I asked for mine without pickles and to substitute for tomatoes. They said that would be fine. I get my sandwich and there are no pickles or tomatoes. The lettuce looks like a grey green mush. So I take a bite and its not bad and then I chew a bit and its like eating sand, you know the terrible grinding crunch of eating dirty sandy food. It was gross. I ended up scraping off one side of bun, the lettuce mush and it just wasnt worth it anymore.

Not juicy burgers. I dont know why some people told me this is better than In & Out and Five Guys. Too salty burger and not a variety of choices. French fries are not fresh at all. Price/quality-wise, Burger King makes much sense. If you are not budget sensitive, Hopdoddy Burger Bar will be the best. If you look for something healthy, b.good burgers should be the one. Disrespectful cashiers. They should have allowed me to use my mobile payment app. at least once in a more professional and nicer manner.

I keep giving this place a try and finally I have to write a review. I was patient to think "maybe this is a one time thing." However, everytime Ive gone, my experience has been pretty bad. It seems that when it gets busy, the staff cares less about the quality and more concerned about just "finishing" an order. Im very lenient on food, but this place made a very dry burger and an extremely overcooked hotdog that came in a destroyed bun. I dont think ill ever go back here by choice.

Great food, service leaves much to be desired. Ordered a gluten free bun, burger came without a bun. Bun brought to the table, manager Juan assembled burger for me. However, burger still without sauce and missing toppings. A fresh burger was brought, but with a regular bun. Finally amended and yet another hot, fresh burger brought to the table. Delicious, but not worth the effort to get my order right, especially as someone with food sensitivities.

Staff was overwhelmed, burgers were cold because they were being pre-cooked and left under a lamp. Fries were meh at best as they had to scoop sauces with a ladle due to broken equipment. Took almost 30 min to get 2 burgers and an order of fries. They also were stopping the timers early to make it not look as bad but that led to a crowd of people at the counter waiting an extra 10 min after they were buzzed to actually get their food.

Horrible employees. Would chat not serve. My burger sat cold for 10 mins though fries were ready. No one cared to put fries in the bag and hand it over before I asked out of frustration. The lady used gloves that were used to clean the kitchen to grab fries. Worst fastfood experience. Plus they laugh at you for no reason. Clearly was not a smile. AVOID this place. There are better places in this mall.

The girl at the register gave me an attitude as soon as I walked in. Then proceeded to carelessly throw the buzzers around knocking things over at the counter. After waiting over 20 mins for my burger and shake, I was told the shake had melted and that there was no more chocolate. So I was then given another flavor in a smaller cup 5 minutes later with no apologies or compensation.

As a native New Yorker, Shake Shack is just one of those regional chains that I cant get enough of. This Shake Shack is just as good as the rest and offers the same appeal in terms of decor of the restaurant that I have come to love. My favorite is the Shack Burger and you obviously (as the name says) need to get a milkshake. Theyre great!
