Not a good experience. I frequently visit Red Robin, usually in Enfield, CT but decided to go to Manchester after class tonight. I was very disappointed with the service tonight. I am a former server so I understand what it is like handling larger parties but you cannot forget about the smaller tables too. It took too long in my opinion to take our drink order (about 15 minutes) By that time we were ready to order. Tiana was very nice taking our order and knew all the questions to ask for how we wanted our food. My drink was brought out wrong, and it took another 10 minutes to get out bottomless fries for before our meal. 5 minutes after we got out fries, the manager on duty brought out our food and asked us if we needed anything else. I said yes, extra honey mustard. No one came over to our table for another 15-20 minutes. Finally Tiana came back with my companions refill that we had not asked for. I told her that we asked the manager for the dressing 15 minutes ago and she apologized greatly and was attentive for the rest of our visit. I understand that Tiana was over worked having three large parties and two smaller tables and that is the managers fault. I am very disappointed in the management at Red Robin Manchester, CT.

This is the 3rd time Ive given this location a try. The first two were epic fails..who brings a toddler an alcoholic sweet tea?! This place did! They placed the drink in front of me. Luckily I could tell immediately it was the adult version. Turned out to be a misunderstanding on the part of the server..no problem. The second time I ordered a burger with "some pink". It came out CHARRED! Sent it back for a replacement..it came out with the heart still beating in the middle. Decided to give them one more try last night..never again. The place was dead so who would think an order of onion rings and some chips and salsa would take over 40 minutes and then arrive stone cold and nearly inedible?! A supposed manager took one of them off the bill even though we literally couldnt stomach the burnt chips and dip. She made the comment "thats what I get for trying to count money and leaving these guys in charge so I can try to get out of here by 3 am." On a positive note, our server Patrick was great! I love Red Robin but THIS location is seriously giving them a bad rep in our area. Save yourself the headache and go to the one in Nashua instead.

On the 3rd time in a row of having a problem in your chain, I have to guess it is more about churning out the customer than the service or food. 10 minutes from seating to having wait staff take our drink order. After food arrives with fries at room temperature I immediately asked for replacement fries. The pig out tavern burgers (ALL 3) had nasty, chewy, blended bacon sauce on them BUT NO ACTUAL BACON. I finished my entire burger before more fries showed up, which is saying something since the burger wasnt exactly palatable, and I eat slowly. Literally 10 minutes waiting for fries to even be ready. The Kitchen apparently forgot that it has to keep making fries when the restaurant serves bottomless fries? I spoke with the manager. She offered me your standard come back cards, and I refused it. Your service is mediocre. Your burgers have actually gotten more skimpily made, and the value would only be if you left at all satisfied. Why in this wide world of restaurants that have the possibility to care, would I want to ever come back to a Red Robin ever again? Even my 8 year old said never again tonight, and his favorite food is burgers.

Waiter was taking a large party of about 10 people while serving us (a party of 2) on top of a couple smaller tables. It was very hard to get his attenchen while he was waiting on the others. He was doing everything on his own and was obviously overwhelmed, and wasnt getting any help. I wanted to walk out of the restaurant after waiting a half hour with no appetizer, or french fri refills. My girlfrind felt bad for him and insisted we stay. We got our burgers pretty much at the same time as our appetizers. Managers have no idea how to run a high volume restaurant. This poor kid had his hands full with the big party, and wasnt able to wait on us properly. Food wasnt bad, but not great. We got sat right away, but waited so long for everything else. Maybe giving the servers smaller sections, and having a manager in the front where the customers are would be beneficial. Red Robin by West Farms is way better. I think well avoid this particular location next time.

Came here with a party of 9 (4 adults 5 children) waited to get seated at least 20 minutes and the restaurant was not at all busy. 10 more minutes for the waitress to even take drink orders. Waitress took forever with the drinks and even forgot some of them or brought out the wrong thing. While waiting more than 45 minutes for food the waitress passes by I ask for the kids meals to come out, she tells me I have to wait for the rest of the food to come out. She said the Manager said that she cant do that. Once the food did finally come out it was not correct either and the fries were cold. No offer of compensation from the Manager at at and there was no way you couldnt tell I was unhappy with the service, mind you I travel over an hour to get to a Red Robin Location. Dont think Ill be doing that anytime soon.

As an adult who gets migraines from loud screeching, which can understandably happen at a family restaurant, Im a parent, i get it, but I LOVE the food here so the fact that I can sit in a bar/ adult only area is amazing. The staff is usually incredible, the burgers (even the high protein guacamole and other stuff on a burger on lettuce Is amazing (no bun) , onion rings, bacon cheeseburger, unlimited refills on root beer floats are all amazing. (they serve a adult version also but I didnt care for it, Im not a big drinker). UNLIMITED STEAK FRIES!!! yea, steak fries, but chinsey little fries. Great place for a family with kids or date night. They have free baloons too! They list nutritional info on the menu also.

Our service sucked, our waitress Andrea didnt even know what came with our meals and she messed up our order of endless mac. I get it being a waitress probably isnt easy but if you cant handle it, know when to give up. This isnt the first time this happens to us going there, I honestly dont understand how a restaurant hires and trains there employees and hey act as if they have no knowledge of what the heck they sell.definatly not pleased but then again what can you expect. If I go next time we wont be asking for Andrea again!!

Great place to go with kids and family. The decorations are busy and loud, but thats perfect. This was the first restaurant I went to with my newborn many years ago. She did cry a bit, but wasnt any louder than the noise from other tables and their kids. There is a bar section where adults without kids have specific tables There are many meal specials and coupons available Their milkshakes are always extra thick and the burgers never disappoint. The bathrooms and staff are always clean and friendly.
