Safety - POOR - had my car broken into back in Sep 2012 at the Tavern’s parking lot Got back to the place today (second chance) and got Horrible Service - POOR - More than an hour and did not get either my food or the 2nd round of drinks but was charged for it even after complaining and being treated rudely by the manager. Waitress never apologized about the food! Bar was understaffed even though a major event was happening at the Wadsworth and it was sold out! It is the closest business to the museum; shouldn’t it be prepared and staffed for the events surrounding its location? Really - really bad service.

Went for a live band, paid a $10 cover. Waited at the bar which was not abnormally crowded for a solid 20 minutes and the bartenders didnt give me or anybody around me even a look. Horrible service. Went to the guy at the front and asked for our covers back because we could not get a drink and wanted to leave and he said there was nothing they could do. Too bad, band was pretty good.

The food is awful. Ordered 3 veggie burgers, got 2 and a cheeseburger, (not good for vegetarians). The toppings on the burger were $2.25 a piece, which the menu did not state, but the bill did. ALL THE BEER ON TAP WAS SKUNKED, HOW HARD IS IT TO CLEAN THE LINES!?. If it wasnt for a great band, I wouldnt have gone. This place sucks.

Fun place with good happy hour specials, food and drink. Great variety of beer, wine, and cocktails. I ordered a house white wine and it was crisp and light, beating my expectations. I also had wings and both the BBQ and buffalo sauces I tried were very good. Trivia night every Tuesday is also a good time and offers cash prizes.

A good place to see local bands. Solid drink menu. Food is what you would expect. Open spacious layout but is not meeting its full potential. Overall its a beautiful structure and one of my favorite places to go on St. pats

Ordered a Medium burger for takeout, got back to work and find a burnt hockey puck for a burger that I tossed after 1 bite. I rarely go on to write bad reviews, but that should have never made it out of the kitchen.

My husband is in the Monday night band and they are fantastic. 17 man big band. Its free to go but you have to have a reservation. Cause it is packed. And it is fun! Hartford jazz orchestra.

The Reubens are the only reason I continue to come back. Great snack and beer place for after golf. Daily specials and beer & wine offerings are a nice touch.
