Romas food is fantastic and their pizza rivals the great Pepes! I do not exaggerate when I say we have food delivered to our home from Romas at least once a week. The delivery is a bit on the slow side (roughly and hour) but its well worth the wait...Just be sure you call ahead long enough to get the food when you want it and you should have no problems. People need to be realistic about delivery time when ordering from such a popular restaurant! (And I am in no way affiliated with Romas...this is strictly my opinion as a regular customer.) As far as accurate orders for delivery...they always get the orders correct (knock wood) no matter how long and diverse your selections may be. They will also omit/add things to customize your order the way you want it (in my experience). The only thing I can not speak to is eating in at Romas as I have not done so as yet. Again, Romas has excellent food, prices are pretty much on target and their customer service is courteous and friendly. As for the negative lunch review it sounds to me like you folks should have just sent someone to pick up the food regardless. Surely you can spare one person to go fetch the food? Either that or order earlier next time. This place is a proverbial "zoo" at lunch so speedy delivery is just not realistic IMO. Just to reiterate, I am in NO way affiliated with Romas Restaurant. I do not know the family personally nor anyone that works there. I simply love Romas, period.

IF THEY HAD A SPOT FOR NO STARS THATS WHAT THEY Would GET!!! Ordered a medium ham,pepperoni and sausage pizza and a garden salad and I stated No onion in the salad if they came with it because Im allergic and my pizza ended up with onion on it how ironic. So i called to make them aware worst customer service ever she said i never told her that. First off sweetie my receipt say nothing about onions so my pizza shouldnt have them and to argue with me about something i know i said i always order my food the same way no matter where i go as i have for the past 27 years. i understand people make mistakes but to tell me i didnt say that quite smoking yo lunch money and get it together. As far as the pizza never tasted but it was a waste of money. Oh well life goes on just know when Im passing through this city dont stop there. There lost on a life time customer.

I am writing this here,as I couldnt access Romas itself. The food has always been very good,and have gone there many times with no complaints. On 3/20/2015 I went there to pickup a order.While waiting I was approached inside the restaurant by a person who just walked in off of the street to beg(ask)for money. I was astonished at the fact that someone would do this.No one working in the restaurant said anything to him,and it definitely looked to me that he had done this before.He was 17-18 or so and seemed very comfortable in what he was doing.Its very disturbing to me that this happened,and I wonder to myself if I will ever go back there.I know Romas doesnt approve of this,but I also think why didnt someone there go up to him and show him the door.They just ignored it.I must say thought that I didnt see anyone but the younger staff at the time either.

They are getting four stars for their pizza it reminded me of the huge slices I got in NY, I also had the "famous" pasta. The meatballs and sausage were good but the sauce was completely void of any salt, all I could taste was tomato and basil. Once I added a "generous" amount of salt and Parmesan it was better. I would buy their sauce for my lasagna and other pasta dishes but I would add garlic salt or something...the pasta gets three stars.

They have the best pepperoni pizza Ive ever had. Not only does it TASTE better than any other pizza Ive ever eaten, but the smell of the pepperoni--fresh out of the oven--is even unique.

Delivery was extremely fast and the food was amazing. I had tomato basil meatball soup and meatball parmigiana. Both were authentic and incredible. I highly recommend eating here!
