Best way to enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings: 1. Find the North Babylon location 2. Head south to Sunrise Highway 3. Head east & visit the Westfield South Shore location I have been to this location 4 times, since it is the closest to me; twice for takeout, and twice to eat in. They have messed up my order EVERY TIME. Once, the fried onions came out soggy. Another time I received boned-in wings instead of boneless. And yet another time I received my catering order without fries, despite the fact that the server who said "the order was not on the ticket" was the same person who took my order 2 days prior in the first place. Ive had several good dining experiences at the Bay Shore location; the one time that my order was prepared incorrectly, the manager came over, explained exactly what happened (new staffer preparing a limited-time menu option), and apologized for the error. I enjoy going to the B-Dubs location in Bay Shore, but its pretty clear that something is wrong with that North Babylon location.

I guess I didnt realize that this place was a sports bar the first time we visited. Our first visit was pleasant enough. I didnt particularly like their sauces but, wound up enjoying their chicken with their onion ring sauce. Our second visit was completely different. TVs were blaring some game or other and people were shouting at the top of their lungs at the TVs. The food quality was also completely different during our second visit, with the chicken over-cooked, the onion rings soggy, and the wrong wing sauce provided. But, their staff were all friendly and attentive despite this. I would probably visit again but, order something completely different other than their wings.

Yesterday I went to this location and the service was terrible. My children and I are seated upon entering at a booth. Being the first day of school my daughter was going on about school. We were sitting for approximately 10 minutes. I realized that our server still had not come over. Another family was seated at a table near us and received their drinks while we sat still waiting. I looked at the time and told my children if the server did not come within the next two minutes we were leaving. We continued our conversation and two minutes went by still no server. We got up and left. We went to the BWW on route 110 where the service was great.

I came with my wife and child and nine friends we were told to wait an hour for our seating. After we waited two hours I asked the waiter what was taking so long, they said they didnt know if we could be seated, this after they had announced my sons birthday to the restaurant while we were waiting, he was so excited and then he heard we couldnt be seated and began to cry, when I told the woman who I assumed was the manager she said frankly I dont care, then this gray haired man yelled we were offered a seat and we werent. I left more disgusted and disappointed then Id ever been, I will never come here again, spread the word I know I will.

Came in at 6:05. Was not helped until 6:45. I understand that it was busy, but this was not the case, as people who came in after my group were served. Server Gabby (Spelling?) seemed inattentive and was more interested in talking with other customers than her job. The buns on the burger were almost dripping in grease and oil, and the table was not clean at all. The salt shaker -was- dripping, grease with bits of food still left on it. The glass used to serve my drink was sticky, and the utensil were somehow stained, unless they had not been cleaned. The only saving grace was the quality of the french fries

Excellent place to sit back and watch any sport games playing at the moment. The craft beer taste absolutely delicious and goes great with some wings. I normally get the wings spicy with tons of sauce on it but the lemon pepper wings is just as good if only they came spicy.

10 minutes before someone got to us and ask us for drinks. 15 minutes to get our drinks and appetizers. The place was almost empty on a Friday night, so it wasnt because they were really busy. We ended up walking out.

I order a share box which is 60 dollars with queso and potato wedges.. i open it up and there is no blue cheese no ranch and no queso. Just 50 dry wings and chips

Good if you go for a sports game. If just going to eat the food is boring (wings are dry) the waitresses are inattentive and the atmosphere is way too noisy.
