Went here with a group of about 20 people for a friends birthday on a Wednesday. Horrible service even though our group accounted for more than half of the people in the restaurant. Barely saw our waitress. She refused to split the bill, I understand not being able to split it 20 ways, however she refused to even split the bill 3 ways since we were all at 3 separate tables. When we told her we were concerned with splitting the bill at the end of the night, she responded with "well I dont want to lose my tip soo.." Clearly her only concern was herself. At the end of the night we saw a 20% tip added to our bill, absolutely ridiculous. No way should this restaurant be able to add 20% gratuity to the bill, we spoke with the manager and told her how ridiculous it was but she didnt care either. Go elsewhere for a drink with friends!!

Service was horrible. Waited 10 min for waitress, 10 more until we got our drinks. We ordered an app and it never came, it took the waitress 25 min to come over and see what happened. Our food and app came out together which is very annoying. She took our cups sticking get fingers in glass and brought back same cups and straws, very disturbing. When she gave us the check she dropped it off and turned around, not a sorry or a thank you! Screw this place, its over rated. Save your money and prevent aggravation. Hit up main street in Patchogue if you want better food, beer, and service.

My wife and I come here whenever we make it to Westbury. The food is good, my wife really enjoy the tater tots. The service on the other hand can definitely use some improvement. The servers arent attentive, if you need something you have to call them over. Theyre nice enough but I need the service as well as good food. I can always spend my money where its appreciated and valued. I dont think well be going there again because weve given them enough tries. My wife can get her tater tots elsewhere.

This is one of my favorite local sports bar. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is awesome (Especially the Wings and Turkey Burger). The prices are reasonable and music and atmosphere is always live. Definitely a place to visit if your looking for great entertainment and friendly staff that offer food and drinks at affordable prices.

I was there today for 2 hrs sitting on the bar. Staff is too busy with each other or exsisting staff. Instead of spending time with customer. Left a 20.00 tip on a 39 .00 chk. Not even a thank u or a smile from the bartender.I used to be a bartender thats why?? Will not go again. !!!!! Waste of time and money

This place is over priced and really nasty! This bathroom is still the same crappy and un hygenic bathroom from the last time i came here....I mean your high priced beer and food shouls be able to pay for some renovations and have your employees clean it or get a cleaning company! My god!

I come here every time I come to Westbury. The food is great. Especially the veggie burger however the customer service could be alot better. The girls there are too worried about looking good than providing to customers. Thats how it is every time I come in.

Excellent wings and steak. All the sports you could want. + UFC and boxing PPV. Canz has every beer yoube ever tried. The staff is beautiful. And the drinks are priced excellent. If your under 50 or single its your spot for weekend sports.
