I visit Boston Market about once every few months or so and have noticed that it is slowly changing. The portions are smaller, the chicken is over done and the side dishes do not taste as yummy as they once did. This past week I decided to give it one more try. I was appalled at the lack of cleanliness. Not one server was wearing gloves! There was no manager on sight; I asked the young lady at the register why no one had gloves on? She replied I usually do,I dont know why they arent. I waited to see if she would say something, she did not. I left and will not return.

The food is okay, but a little pricey. The menu on display needs a revamp. I couldnt tell how much a beverage or side dish cost alone. The pot pit or apple pie gave me diarrhea. Almost didnt make it to my houses bathroom.

The food was delicious, but the servicr need improvement. The line was very long! I ordered a chicken ceasar salad and waited for at least 10 mins before i got it. And no one apologized. Where is good customer service?
