Ive been working the buffalo wild wings in Windsor ct for 2 months now and I love it!!!!!They really take the time to train you properly(2 days orientation and 4 days of training then you take a test on your last day of training. They really try to make sure you are comfortable with everything) Ive worked in many restaurants and bars in Connecticut and this place is definitely a cut above the rest!!!!!! We pride ourselves on the fact that even though we are a franchise, we still take the time to make the place fun and energetic for our customers!!!! All the staff are super friendly and very experienced. All the food is made fresh to order. Not premade or refrigerated leftovers used! We have the BEST selection of beer to choose from (over 32 different brands including local craft beers!) We are always changing them up so you will never get tired of trying something new!!! We also feature a new limited edition sauce every month!!!! We also do large takeout orders and catering! You can also call takeout orders in advance so you dont have to worry(up to a month before your event)!!!!!! Also if you dont have time to sit and enjoy your meal you can order at out takeout desk and be out with your food in 15 min or less! So come check us out and ask for me Ashley at the takeout desk and Id be more than happy to make your BBW experience a awesome one

Music Is Way Too Loud. For the past couple of years, all my brothers would meet every Tuesday for lunch. Occasionally our neices and nephews would join us. The wings are very good, the staff is great... but thats where the good stops. We go there for the food obvioulsy, but mainly to talk and catch up with each other. We CAN NOT do this there because they have the music so loud we cant hear each other. None of us are hard of hearing but every time we would go there thats how we would feel, like we were deaf. We even asked a few times to turn down the music volume, but that never lasted for very long. Its too bad, because other than this, everything else is good. So we now meet elsewhere every week, this is our 2016 New Years resolution.

Ive been to this BWW restaurant several times since it opened, but hadnt been in awhile. I was surprised to see the recent poor reviews, but had the chance to go back again to eat dinner. As a wing fanatic, I had wings (3 different sauces) which were excellent. We also had cheeseburger sliders, and chicken strips which were both deemed very good. The server we had was excellent along with several other servers that stopped by to say hi to the kids. The host was also very nice, grabbing balloons for the kids, etc. Im glad to see that the quality and friendliness of the staff is still great, despite the recent poor reviews. Ill be happy to visit again in a couple of weeks!

The food is marginal, but a little better than "Fair". The service is usually abysmal and today was no exception. We were greeted by someone who was spewing out an obvious script, didnt listen to anything we said. He took our drink orders, and 10 mins later the drinks came out, delivered by another person. She took our order. The order was not complex, it took at least a half hour to come out. When it did arrive, there were items missing. The place was not busy, there was no reason for this lack of service except that the waitress was clueless about how to wait tables. Ill not go back again.

BWW is your standard wing chain restaurant. Its a great place to go and watch a game as they have ginormous televisions and many of them! They have a great list of wing sauces that you can get in sandwiches as well as on traditional or boneless wings - my favorite is the Asian Zing! The experience is in the sauce selection and the atmosphere - but beware it gets VERY loud during big sporting events and on weekends. If youre looking to have a drink - stick with beer: they have a good selection and their mixed drinks are rather watered down.

My group has gone here twice on Tuesday evenings. The waitess did not even refill drinks, ok the alcholic drinks she did. Both times they screw up our order, food took nearly and hour to come out, it was cold, it was the wrong stuff. The problem here is too few people service too many people. Hey Buffalo Wild Wings manager are you getting all this down, the fault is not your wait staff it is you. For someone who is on the road 80% of the time for work, I assure you I know the difference between good and bad service.

If this site would allow me to give no stars I would believe that to be fitting. Overpriced thawed garbage sitting under a heat lamp, the food is no where close to fresh Luke warm center and slimy. I even talked with who I was told is the owner and all he could say was sorry our food has a hold time. What hold time until the slimy cold wing slips out of their hands. Great owner real customer service idiot.. Manchester,CT location.

Too long wait.... and take out order is always less then the actual quantity when dining in. Today I placed 4 orders of small traditional wings and after 2 hrs of wait. I got my packet. When I opened the packet after reaching home I discovered I was given only 3 orders but I was charged for 4. I was too tired to drive back n argue n then wait 2hrs again for the missing one. Very bad experience. Money wasted.

We have gone here a couple of times it is a fun concept but they dont seem to staff very well for their busy days so it can be a long wait, if you like specialty mixed drinks go up to the bar & ask the bar tender if they know how to make the drink or you will likely find yourself served an improper mix - Food is good but not very much for the high price so dont come hungry & expect to get filled

Average! Service was OK, atmosphere was dead when we were there but it does get packed. Wings were OK...loved the variety of sauces but they just didnt taste that good. One of them tasted like theyd overdone it on the smoke flavoring...very chemically, not at all enjoyable. Overall, nothing special but great for a sports night out for wings and some beers.

Ive been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and this one is the best one of the franchise. (Much better than the one in Chicopee). Really awesome food that is consistently good. Staff is ultra-friendly and very patient with my kids (who can be a little noisy and excitable at times). Very clean and well-maintained too. A regular weekly visit for my family.

Great Buffalo Dry Rub. Never had buffalo wings dry rub style and they were great. Only two drums out of 10 though. Wish they had the drums only upgrade like Hooters. The service was great, fun, friendly and attentive. Awesome craft drafts selection. The house salad was wilting. The blue cheese wast chunky style but was ok.
