Please do yourself a favor and skip going to this place completely. Lets start. The Food: The food is poor, fair is too good for this food. Anything other than the boneless wings are barely edible. The regular wings used to be good until they "upgraded" the size, now the meat is stuck to the bone and not juicy at all. The boneless wings are nothing more than breaded chicken bites with entirely too much sauce, usually on the dry side. The sauce also isnt consistent, one day you could love the sauce and the next it will burn your face off. The burgers are not good at all, comparable to a double cheeseburger from McDonalds except more dry with lots of fluffy lettuce to hide the size of the patty. Be aware that when you place your order, it will most likely come out completely wrong at this location. The kitchen does not know what goes with what or honer customer requests. See Service. The Service: At first glance you would think the service would be good, considering they must have 20 waitstaff on at one time. WRONG. While having allot of waitstaff, mainly they can be seen standing around in little groups talking to each other and/or doing allot of other stuff non waitstaff related like adding ice to the ice machine or sweeping the carpet!?!? which takes priority over you sitting there at the table. If you have a problem with your food, which you will, it is a project to even get a manager to stop at the table and fix the problem who will undoubtedly argue with you or talk down to you. If you order wings and they come out with the wrong sauce they will just "bathe" them in the new sauce hoping no one will notice so you will have a mesh of both sauces. The Alcohol: This is a big concern for allot of people considering this is a sports bar with 80 TVs. Well, all I can really say is have something to drink before hand because if you want to drink there you will go broke. Dont fall for the "Tall" beers either because they are the exact same amount of beer for more money. If you dont believe that you can simply pour the "Tall" skinny beer into the normal glass and it all fits. The mixed drinks are made the "correct" corporate way with little measuring cups to make sure you get exactly one ounce nothing more, making the drinks very weak for normal bar standards. In effect you are paying 5+ Dollars for a beer, and 8+ dollars for a mixed drink that is mostly juice. EACH. In Conclusion: I would not recommend you visit this restaurant. As you might have noticed I have given this place allot of chances to change my mind, but every time I leave disappointed. The price for the food/drinks is not the quality you would expect to see for this price. The service is sub par and the kitchen doesnt seem to know how to make the food or read what the waitstaff puts in, nor do the waitstaff seem to check it before it goes out to the table. It is also not uncommon to see the restaurant with plenty of open tables and the host saying that there is a 45 minute wait. Save yourself the restaurant and either go to the New Haven Wild Wings or find a different place all together. Dont say I didnt warn you

Food and service was ok. My biggest complaint is about how deshonest people who work in this place are. (Long story) Last Wednesday I came for dinner to this place forgot my glasses (Ray Ban) in the table, which Im very sure I did. I called the next day they told me the got them, I went there today to pick them up and the manager came out with different sunglasses which I never described (very weird situation). Its not about the price it was the sentimental meaning. So I just want to give people an advise make sure you have all your belongings before you leave this place because youll never see them again. They have some thiefs working in this place be careful.

This is the worst BWW Ive been to. The service was terrible. The place wasnt busy at all there were maybe 8 other people other than myself and my GF and it still took like 40 minutes for our boneless wings to get done. My silverware was dirty and I mean dirty it literally had a piece of chicken stuck to it! The waitress never once stopped by the table to ask how things were. My gf sat for like 15 minutes with an empty cup of water I had to get up and find someone to get her more water. Needless to say this one sucks. The one in the Milford mall is much better.

They hung up on me when I was trying to make an order online. Drove there instead and was greeted by an "Amanda" with a very unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. Didnt care so long as they took my order right, they didnt. This is the closest location to my house and they were amazing at first but the service and quality has gone down since. Is it too much to ask for decent service? Update: still order from them. Placed order, they told me it was 15 minutes, it was more of an hour. Food was cold and half my wings didnt even have sauce on them.

Buffalo used to be good. Asian zing was my jam. Then all of a sudden they changed the pricing on the wings, you get far less for your dollar. Oh, and the quality has went from okay to meh. The last several times Ive been here my orders have been messed up, items not brought out, cold, or not prepared as ordered. Going from a regular customer to now passing up the thought of going back. Havent been there in a few months and I dont miss it. Theres other places that are worth it. I think their mascot is an owl.....yeah. better choice.

Me and my ten year old met his friend and his dad there .they already had beer and water. the waiter brought my son a water and I sat there for twenty minutes with no beer or water.then the waiter never brought my sons soda at all. He messed up the other order brought bone instead of boneless whole order.waited additional twenty minutes to correct that. Then of course the bill was wrong too. Told the manager all she said was thanks for letting us know . Lol no apology. They suck . Waiter the worst.

Ordered from here tonight off of grubhub with my boyfriend. 6-honey bbq wings 6-thai curry 6-garlic parm 6-carribean jerk 2 orders of mozz sticks And 1 wrap with no tomatos The wrap was mine and we ordered it with no tomatoes par my food allergy. I didnt check. And I had an allergic reaction. This isnt the first time this has happened but this is the first time I hadnt checked because our box clearly said no tomatoes.

Second time Ive called to order take out and been put on hold for 13+ minutes. I proceeded to drive there anyway while still on hold and the girl at the counter tried to tell me that I called the wrong number- mind you, Im still on hold. Horrible service, if its not someone with an attitude its someone who puts you on hold for the duration of your lunch break.
