We all ordered lunch. My sandwich still had the paper they put between cheese slices and I didnt notice until after a few bites, YUM!. No big deal these things happen. Then my co-worker notices paper in his sandwich as well. QUALITY CONTROL???? So they replace the order. The new sandwich I got had a tomato that looked like it had been chewed on by a rat and the stem part was still attached. How does someone preparing sandwiches not notice a disgusting looking tomato? The other sandwich had rotten looking avocado on it. The quality control at this place is AWFUL! This was the first AND last time I order from Cosi.

Well to start the food was fine but the service was terrible. I buy a 6 dollar kids meal and the menu says that it comes with a soda, so I asked for a soda. The sandwich I ordered I asked for cheese and that costs 1 dollar extra. They forgot to put the cheese and then they charged me 1.99 and then wouldnt give me a refund even though the menu was false. The waitress and the manager are bad and they need to update the menus.

Their bread is the best. I cant have enough of it. Sometimes they have end pieces for customers to eat which I cannot resist. My favorite is the Cobb Salad but recently tried Chicken Adobo Salad and that was delicious! Their sandwiches are filling and now their menu includes "bowls" as well.

Its ok. I miss the comfy seating that made it cozy before. The modern furniture is cold and uncomfortable. Ordering at the counter just doesnt seem to work. I miss the old business model of waitresses and comfy seating now it feels like Au Bon Pan.

Service was good but the place was kind of messy and dirty - especially the mens room. Food good though and it was quick. The steak salad is really good and soup also. We went here because the place next door was too crowded!

Food wasnt very good. Rice for my chicken bowl was hard, we ordered a chicken salad and it came with less than half a chicken breast. Also the inside of the restaurant was dirty. Atleast all the employees were nice

I want to like Cosi but I just dont. I have yet to have a pleasant meal here. My salad is always brown or slimy, sandwiches are sloppy, soup is nothing special. I tried a few times but I dont think Ill return here.

I keep coming back, but sometimes I find the service a bit lacking. The food is consistently reliable though. Its a good place to have a quick private lunch, but not a place to take someone you want to impress.

Love the food. Just very disappointed, my order has been messed up the last 3 times Ive gone, in a row. I always get it to go and dont notice until Im home. Frustrating.
