Tonight we decided to try this place after passing it many times on our way home from the mountains. The bar top was full but all the tables were vacant. We sat and ordered waters while we browsed the menus. The waters took more than 5 minutes, which we chalked up to our waitress (also the bartender) being busy with her other customers. When she arrived to take our order, not only did she not write anything down, but walked away immediately when we were done ordering the food, even though the whole table wanted to order drinks, too. I could see the kitchen from our table and noticed only one ticket on the rail. Assuming this was ours, I kept glancing back to see if our food was almost done. 20 minutes later, the cook packaged that ticket as a to-go order, and shortly after the waitress brought back four more orders. At this point, no one had checked on us, and after waiting 30 minutes (yes, a full 30 minutes, we looked at the time right before we ordered) I had to go up to the bar to ask our waitress when our food would arrive. She then told me it would be ANOTHER 5-10 minutes. We ordered two appetizers and one sandwich. None of which requires a 35-40 minute cook time. I have been working in the food service industry since my first job, I know how the system works and from my perspective, it seemed as though the waitress forgot to ring in our food, and failed to communicate this with us. Instead, we felt largely ignored and disappointed. Will not be trying again.

The waitress was very nice despite a big lunch rush. But the cook seemed very temperamental--suddenly deciding to only offer three items off the menu (tacos on Taco Tuesday). When I asked if there was anything to fit my dietary restrictions, the waitress let me order an item off the menu--which arrived made with an item I couldnt eat mixed in. I asked the ingredients and the waitress didnt know, but said the cook was angry about having to cook the dish and might have added the ingredient because of that. (I was part of a large group for work and didnt have the option of going anywhere else to eat with a wider menu.) The waitress kindly took my entire plate off our bill, but I couldnt recommend this place to anyone else if the actual food is handled poorly.

This place is the top of the top of my worst restraunt list. It is a low quality bar, with the worst soft drinks Ive ever had. The food was okay after a 1 hour 30 minute wait and there were bugs flying and crawling in every available place in the restraunt. The service was decent in the rare occasion that your waitress actually came to assist you. The bathroom has a full loaded bath tub with a rickety razor, shampoo, conditioner and the perfect package for any motel. Would not recommend

Not pleased. Came in on Friday night expecting it to be busy. However they had retirement party (large) and birthday party as well as Friday night crowd. Saw two bartenders and one waitress. No service food took 20-30 minutes to get to us. Wont be back

Honestly Ive never been here but every time we pass, the parking lot is packed and the food aromas wafting across the highway smells amazing. They must be doing something right. Im just marking this place on my maps to put this place on my bucket list.

Carissa was phenomenal. We had a large group and she took wonderful care of us. We had everything from the chicken fried steak to the fish and chips. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was fun and inviting. I would highly recommend!

Great service and amazing live music most weekends! Super friendly people and delicious food. Theres a really great back deck with a pretty view of the mountains. A great place to stop on the pass when you need a beer!
