This place is right down the street from me, not the one I usually go to based on reviews, but last night I decided to try it. Their food is at least a dollar more per plate than my usual spot, so I figured it might be a little bigger or have additional items. Boy was I wrong. After ordering takeout we went to pick up our food and the lady at the front asked if it was okay that they had put fried onions all over my food when I had specifically requested no fried onions due to an allergy. I told her no because it was an allergy and not just being picky, so she apologized and we waited another 10 minutes for our food. When we got home and opened our food we noticed that it was all soggy and cold, and judging by the pieces of leftover fried onion in mine, we waited not so that they could recook my food fresh, but so they could pick out as much of the onions and then serve us the same 10-minute colder food. Besides the blatent dishonesty and lack of integrity, the portions were also much smaller than at most other pho restaurants and the veggies were rotting and absolutely lacking for a veggie and tofu pho soup. My husbands chicken was old and rubbery like it had sat out for a while before being reheated and served. And, like I already mentioned, this restaurant charged us more than our normal awesome place. I will never return here again, no matter how desperately I want pho.

I hope earlier reviewer who may have seen uneaten food recycled to new plates is wrong! We took our leftovers home. bean sprouts and herbs for noodle bowls are served on a separate plate. Maybe these are what he referred to. We enjoyed our meal and imported beer. Service was great. Will sub tofu for meat for vegetarians and vegans. If I could make only one change it would be that they offer water instead of bring it unasked for. I wish this would be standard for all restaurants to help with our draught conditions and also their bottom line.

Been to pho places all around the lakewood/arvada area and this one by far has the best broth of any of them! Meat portions for the brisket & flank are usually very generous, although they can be inconsistent at times with remembering hoisin and limes, sometimes there is no lime or other times there is no sriracha in the hoisin, or there is very little. The broth is SO flavorful and always hot, the meat falls apart, it is by far our favorite Pho place this side of Denver. It has become an almost weekly tradition ...

The meat was cut to thick. The broth was weak. There was two of us dining and we received enough veggies for one person. We asked for more and was charged $2.00. Thats not a lot of money, but we should have been notified of the charge. Our water was never refilled. We both had a coughing fit while there and both servers sat in chairs watching the t.v. Our attempts to get their attention went unnoticed. This was the first time I didnt finish my bowl, and didnt want it to go. I will not be going back.

If you think that bad experiences at this place would make you not want to eat there ever again, then you havent driven around the back and looked in their kitchen. It was the absolute most disgusting looking kitchen Ive ever seen in my life! And to top it off they are cheap, rude, and dont give a s*** about their customers. Ive been here twice and both experiences were absolutely awful. And those two experiences still were not nearly as bad as that kitchen! Stay away from this place!

Absolutely horrible service.. Ive worked in food for over ten years and I understand the frustration of a last minute customers, but we literally had a half hour left of business. Not only were we treated with disrespect, we were pushed out without getting an attempt to finish our meals. I got a to-go box as they promptly shut the music off THREE MINUTES after locking the doors. We were not acknowledged again. Will not be returning.

I used to ne a neighborhood regular at this restaurant. Today I found a long black hair inside of my spring roll. I realized I had never noticed that there are several female employees at this restaurant with long hair that are preparing and serving food without having it properly rolled up and covered I am hungry, but disgusted and cannot ear anything at the moment. This place has definitely lost my patronage today!

They are rude and cheap... Upon my carry out order they refused to give chop sticks... The good is mediocre compared to other places and the soup was not hot enough to cook the rare meat and the brisket is fatty. Had they would have been nice and gave me utensils I would return. Not very smart.... Easy to put forth the couple cents the chop sticks cost and free smile to have a patron return.... Two thumbs... DOWN

Came with a party of 10, our orders was all wrong, the wrost service ever, we all needed to ask for refill of waters and towards the end of our experience with this so call "pho place"... they demanded 15% tip! I mean they demaned ASAP!!! To the citizens of Denver please dont dine there....wrost experience ever will NEVER go back again. Sorry to say but I am rating this place a "zero"!!!

Having been to at least 6 places in and around Denver and off Federal (79, 95, a few others) I must say this place is consistently very good in food quality and speed of service. I have eaten here and taken many others to eat here and am very satisfied every time with the exception of some fatty meat one of 25 times. Highly recommended does fill up during lunch hours so plan accordingly.

Dont waste your money. I went there twice and had the same experience both times. My wife and I ordered a large veggie pho. Our bowls had two pieces of tofu, one piece of broccoli, and a handful of noodles (both times). These bowls are $12/ea. Its definitely worth your time to go the extra distance to Saigon Vietnamese in Belmar or Saigon Vietnamese off federal and alameda.

I had the pho tai last night and it was great. I am staying at a hotel near by so I went again for lunch today (pho fanatic). Today the pho tai was very oily and greasy, but it was perfect last night. Hopefully the consistency issue is a one time deal. Also the gentleman that works there is not too pleasant, however all of the female staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pleasantly surprised by how good their food was, not that pho is ever disappointing. A large bowl of pho is $10.95, for those who are curious. Had trouble locating a menu online, which is why my boyfriend and I were unsure about visiting. They also serve bahn mi, which is $7.50, at this location! We both are completely stuffed and will visit again.

Stopped in because of all of the great reviews, I ordered egg roll noodle bowl and Chicken Pho from the take-out window. The service was typical of a take-out option nothing exceptional and nothing horrible. The food was just "ok". The boba thai tea and fresh coconut drinks looked interesting but I didnt order them.
